The only saving grace of this hotel was its location. However, the positives ended there. Our stay was a series of disappointments that started from the moment we entered our room. The room, despite being advertised as a double, was so cramped that it was barely possible to move around. To make matters worse, the main light fixture and a wall outlet were not functional. When we reported these issues to the receptionist, her response was dismissive. She acknowledged the problems but seemed unconcerned with addressing them promptly. Our troubles didn't end there. We discovered that the bed sheets were dirty, the television didn't work, and the breakfast we were promised was nonexistent. The noise from outside was also a major disturbance, as the soundproofing was inadequate. In conclusion, our stay at [Hotel Name] was a stressful and disappointing experience. The poor quality of the room, the lack of basic amenities, and the indifferent staff made it one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had. We would strongly advise potential guests to avoid this establishment.

Very nice located but, as it's in the middle of the touristic área, it can get very noise at night.

I very disappointed about the hotal, worse serve in the counter, and in the summer they don't let we use the air conditioner, not just us, I saw many guests were complaining 。then we can't sleep whole night。I won't live the hotal anymore。

Small double room is too small especially the toilet even not space enough for single person to turn around inside.(actual room type is different from the picture shown on my booking confirmation) Besides, fan is noisy, corridor is too narrow just like a single room and can’t sleep well during our stays of 4 nights.

Very small room, reminded me of the Apple Dorm in Hong Kong. It says double room but can only sleep one person. Staff were quick and kinda cold. Not really a warm experience. 24/7 check in/out no problem.

A basic, clean hotel but very tiny rooms. Quite tough to carry luggage as no elevator- common to such type of properties. Helpful staff and friendly. Convenient location.

The location is excellent, it's about 10 minutes' walk from Amsterdam's main railway station, across the street from the ***, downstairs is a food street, and it's 10 minutes' walk to the monument and the Grand Palace, and the shopping center. The room is small, the corridor is narrow, and the sound insulation is poor. After all, it's in the city center, and convenience is the most important thing. There are Chinese people at the reception, and the check-in and check-out are relatively fast. In addition to the money paid on Ctrip, you need to pay taxes when you arrive at the store, which is a few euros lower than the order.

Because the bathroom is separated from the room, it is a bit inconvenient and the room is very small. The stairs are narrow and steep, not suitable for carrying large luggage.
