We stayed at the hotel for three nights over a national holiday and had an overall positive experience. The location was excellent—close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city center, and the bed was very comfortable. There were some issues with the air conditioning not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. I used the gym daily, but it could have been better maintained—it often felt untidy and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The breakfast improved each day but was clearly geared more toward local tastes than international ones. Despite a few minor issues, the overall service at the hotel was very good, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting the city.
