"I chose this castle hotel for my trip to Hello Kitty Park with my daughter, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel itself looks like a grand European castle and is incredibly photogenic from afar. There's an exclusive connecting bridge from the hotel's second floor that leads directly to the park entrance, saving us a lot of unnecessary walking. The facial recognition entry system, combined with the two-day unlimited park access package, was incredibly convenient and well worth the price. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially one particular lady. Her service was absolutely amazing and so friendly. She even upgraded our room, and we had a fantastic view of the Ferris wheel from our window – it was absolutely stunning at night! Seeing that we only bought one two-day pass for our child, they generously gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast. It wasn't expensive, but it was such a thoughtful gesture. We also received an exclusive hotel badge as a gift, which my daughter loved so much she wanted to wear it immediately, even before we entered the park. I had read reviews saying that food delivery wasn't an option, but we found out that's not true! There are robots downstairs that deliver food to your room. We ordered twice, and both times a robot delivered our food right to our door. Each robot even had different IP character stickers! You just get a call to your room when they arrive, open the door, and grab your order. There's also a QR code on the table in the room. If you need more water or toiletries, you can simply scan it, and a robot will deliver them, or you can contact the front desk. It felt like having a personal butler, the service was excellent. Some reviews mentioned the rooms feeling a bit dated, but considering the hotel is already ten years old, I think it's very well-maintained. As long as it's clean, tidy, and the service is good, that's all that matters to me. The first and second floors of the hotel are a dedicated activity area, with restaurants, a Hello Kitty themed room for photos, and a gift shop. So, if you don't get enough Hello Kitty photos in the park, you can definitely get them at the hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel."

Without the filters, the actual scene was quite disappointing. The butler service was good, but they didn't inform us in advance that lunch and dinner needed to be ordered a day ahead. We provided the phone number of a delivery partner, but were told the restaurant was too busy to deliver. 😂"

We're used to the lobby being on the first floor, but in high-rise buildings, only guests in the top-floor rooms have panoramic views. The design and layout of the top-floor lobby is ingenious, giving all hotel guests the right to enjoy the scenery – a thoughtful design approach that prioritizes quality over quantity. Regarding the room smell, I'm very particular about smells. Because of the hot weather, we spent a lot of time in the hotel, and I didn't notice any strong odor. The hotel's overall design emphasizes color and texture. The rooms are stylish and youthful, with soft and pleasing colors – this aspect is highly commendable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by Lingxi Park, Bamboo Garden, and Lingfeng Temple – a very spiritual location. Especially from the 35th floor, the natural beauty of the small dam in Lingxi Park is a rare sight in the city. Children can play in the natural water, even catching fish and shrimp – a truly unique life experience. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning, work up a sweat at the gym in the afternoon, and then relax in the sun-baked outdoor swimming pool as the sun sets—warm, comfortable, and free of UV rays. This is the true essence of travel."

Seeing that I was traveling with elderly relatives and a child, and that breakfast was an hour late, the front desk manager made an exception and took me to the restaurant to get several kinds of pastries, especially their signature Qingming Festival dumplings, which were absolutely delicious. Later, because we were pressed for time to catch the high-speed train and the hotel shuttle hadn't returned from dropping off other guests, the housekeeping manager even used his own car to personally drive the three of us to the train station. We truly felt at home."

They gave us a bed rail, a bathtub in the middle of the room, and two TVs. Our baby slept in the bedroom. You can also watch TV in the living room. There are capsule coffee and tea in the minibar. There are slides in the children's playground. Maybe the swimming pool is not open because it is too cold. It is a pity that the coffee restaurant opened in the hotel has a bit bad taste. The boss's service The attitude is also quite subtle. The outdoor children's paradise at the entrance of the cafe is also difficult to describe. The ground is covered with cinder-like stones and the overall situation is quite dirty. The location of the hotel is very close to the Bamboo Expo Park, which is quite good.
