"The hygiene was so-so, mainly because the rooms were tents pitched in the jungle, resulting in temperature differences; there were also moldy patches on the sofa. The environment was fantastic, with mountains, trees, a stream, and the sounds of insects—very much in harmony with nature. The service was alright; although it was just the owner, they didn't neglect breakfast preparation or reception. The facilities were poor; the shower in my room was broken—the pipe had a hole, so water couldn't come out of the showerhead. I had to shower in my friend's room."

"The Hotel was great. Just want to share with you about this amazing place. The location is really nice. The Hotel area is really huge with different type of places. We arrived there and from the first second the hotel staff was so nice to us. And you can feel it everywhere, the staff is really professional people. The receptionist was really helpful, during all stay time in the hotel he helped us a lot, his name was Xiaoyan, (安吉涵田管家小艳1). We spent the New year night there, and we attend to the Filipino band concert, they where amazing, we enjoyed the music and people around. the place for the concert was on the top of the mountain and every second the shuttle mini buses where taking people there. it was great feeling also to enjoy the Hot springs, me and wife enjoyed it , till my little ones where playing on the amazing playground. Next day we enjoyed the trip to White tea factory and discovered the history of the tea and the place. The food was really delicious, you can find everything in the restaurant. and there was a shop too, where we bought the swimming suit (we forgot ours 🤣). We really enjoyed the time spent there. Thank you very much for the best service 10/10."

The service was also excellent; the TV initially couldn't cast, but they quickly brought a casting device, so I could happily catch up on my shows. "I arrived on a rainy day, but the scenery was beautiful. Staying in a thatched hut in the tea mountains was so relaxing. Our butler, Leo, provided excellent service; he even planned our route before we checked in and asked if we needed to book anything in advance. We rowed a boat ourselves and enjoyed the hot springs. The hygiene could use some improvement, especially the sink mirror, showerhead, bathtub, and bedding."

"After taking a shower, the room became a flooded cave. Water flowed from the bathroom into the room, soaking the carpet and even flowing to the other side of the bed. In short, most of the floor in the room was wet, and you had to be very careful when walking to avoid slipping. It feels like the most important hardware facilities of a newly opened hotel are not well prepared, which is a bit disappointing."
