Hotels near Jiangnan Tianchi (Tianhuangping pumped storage power station) in Anji

Very clean, very new smart hotel. The children like it very much, because they can talk to Xiao Du all the time, control the curtains and lights, and listen to stories. The bed in the twin room is relatively large at 1.35 meters, which is suitable for family travel. The bath water is very large, and the shower is very comfortable. The toilet is also smart. It is also polite to call the front desk for inquiries, and answer any questions. The parking coupons are taken at the front desk. It is recommended to scan the code and bind it several times, because the money will be counted when the timeout expires. Just brush it a few times. The breakfast is at the entrance of the parking lot on the first floor. It has basic items and you can eat enough. There are 48 extra adults and 28 children. Before leaving, the children were still reluctant to leave, and said they would stay in a hotel with Xiao Du! Next time I come to Anji, I will choose Tulip, because it is very new, the children like it, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high compared with the surrounding areas.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure

They all agreed that the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and it was not far from busy places. The service is always responsive. Our family came here for a trip. Before we stayed, we wondered if there was a Type-C port. It was indeed there. Not only was it there, it also had Apple wireless charging. like

My husband and I came to the mountains for honeymoon recuperation. The room is clean and tidy, the equipment is very high-end, and the location is right next to the canyon rafting in North Zhejiang. It is also very close to walking. Facing the mountains, the scenery is beautiful and very healing. There are also small balconies, small courtyards, and swimming pools. The hot spring facilities in the B&B are under construction. The curtains and toilets are all smart. The super-large floor-to-ceiling windows are so comfortable to wake up and open your eyes to the green mountains and green waters. There is also a super-large projector screen for watching movies. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and gave you welcome fruit And tea, the breakfast for 2 people is very rich, I will come to the hot spring next time (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵)

Very new homestay, the facilities are very new, especially modern and high-end, the boss uncle said that the design fee spent 140,000, really good, the bathroom is high-end, automatic disinfection toilet, Husky small refrigerator, all equipment and home almost or even more advanced. Toiletries are all available, and the room also presents fruit, plums, small tomatoes, dates, and peaches. The quality is very good. The refrigerator has two bottles of Nongfu Spring and one can of Budweiser (free). There is no takeaway here. We directly set it at the homestay. 16 people are 883. The food is full and the key taste is also very good. The boss said that there is a barbecue here, roasted whole lamb, but you have to book in advance. There is no extra consumption in the homestay. We often occupy the restaurant, borrow the refrigerator, borrow a knife to cut watermelon, there is karaoke, there is a mahjong room, all free. There are many tables and chairs in the lobby, and there are no crowds. You can play cards and chat in the lobby downstairs at night. There is no charge for tea. Breakfast is very basic, fried dough sticks, white porridge, mustard, pickles, fried rice noodles, boiled eggs, sauce melon, full tube, my friend overslept for a while, breakfast will be gone, and they will be eaten below (everyone try not to go overtime). The hotel is on the top of the rafting in northern Zhejiang. This road is particularly blocked. Whether you go rafting or check out, it is recommended to hurry up early. There is a stream at the door, but the power generation is cut off on the top. The water is very small. If you don’t mind, you can take a net to play. Even if you fish, try it, you can’t catch it. There is a Longtan below, the location is a little down at Longtan Villa, the water is very deep, because the environment is not familiar, afraid of something happening did not dare to go down. Just played on the side. The hotel has a place that is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The air conditioner in the room is uncontrollable, and the electricity will not be stopped. Any remote control is useful. It is an advantage during the day, and it is cool every time you return to the room. It freezes to death when you sleep at night. It is recommended that the temperature be slightly higher at night and the wind is smaller.

Location at the end of a tea hill valley within nature is very beautiful . Service and food are very good and staff is lovely, also with the kids. It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend. BUT ! Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted. Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while… Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

I would like to praise this amazing hotel. 1️⃣At Baoshantou, I saw the rime and ice on the entire mountain. It was really relaxing to pick out the ice pick and smash it out. 2️⃣Playing in the snow in the yard of the room❄️ 3️⃣Drink at the mountain top cafe☕️, there is a foreign band singing 4️⃣Take a dip in the snow hot springs 5️⃣Singing bowl healing experience 6️⃣The hotel gave fish food and fed swans, ducks and fish 7️⃣Hanfu experience and photo taking📷 8️⃣Visited the Tea Museum 9️⃣I was very surprised to eat the tea-flavored charcoal barbecue and tea-flavored roasted pork knuckle, and the water shield whitebait soup was also a surprise 🔟There is a children's play area and several ping pong tables The breakfast was also very rich. The butler Tiantian was very attentive. Every service staff greeted me with a smile and responded to all requests. There was a shuttle bus wherever I went. so happy.
