🚗 Parking available right outside, and you can charge your car!. Ever since having a kid, overnight camping has become such a challenge 🥹. Then I discovered this tent hotel in Anji 😌. It gives you the camping vibe, but with the comfort and stability needed for kids. The hotel is nestled among many pine trees 🌲, offering an absolutely stunning environment ‼️. There's a lake 🈶, and you can even choose a lake view room! The rooms are tent-shaped, but they come with a toilet 🚽 and a shower ‼️. ⚠️ The front desk butler was amazing! From the moment of booking, they provided all the necessary information in advance. They'd tell you about all the hotel activities beforehand so you could plan your time accordingly 🥹🥹🥹 – so thoughtful!! Outdoor activities include paddleboarding, a mini-train, horseback riding, go-karts… so many things to do! Indoors, you can sing karaoke, play motion-sensing games 🎮, or do pinecone crafts 🤩. Your whole day will be packed with fun 😉. I heard they even have hot springs in winter ♨️ ‼️. I'm already planning my second visit! 🤣

The room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you! We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good. One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom. Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The butler service was incredibly attentive. After a busy week, all I wanted to do on the weekend was switch off my brain. It was great to be able to WeChat them directly with any questions, instead of having to call the front desk. They even sent good morning and good night messages, reminding me what activities were available at different times. The plums in the welcome fruit basket were absolutely delicious! They tasted like wild fruit picked straight from the mountain. Three weren't nearly enough, they were so good that I shamelessly asked the butler if I could have more. A little while later, a staff member delivered a whole plateful! What a treat!

This hotel is located higher up in the village, making it a bit quieter and less bustling, which is perfect for a peaceful stay. The view from the window, overlooking distant mountains and a bamboo forest, is incredibly soothing. The room itself is spacious, and the guesthouse facilities are excellent. The lobby on the second floor features a tea room, complimentary fruits, and recreational facilities, making it ideal for families with children. The proprietress is very kind and knowledgeable. As soon as we arrived, she added us on WeChat and sent us a detailed guide to local dining, entertainment, and attractions. When we checked out, she even gave each guest a lovely souvenir.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

The hotel is well-equipped, including a chat bar where you can enjoy coffee, tea, and delicious iced Americano. The rooms also have balconies, perfect for chatting with friends while enjoying the stunning natural scenery. The showers run hot water in seconds, and the toothbrushes are high-quality and feel great. The front desk staff were very friendly, offering a shuttle to the room and even asking if I needed mineral water. It was a truly wonderful experience!

I stumbled upon a hidden gem in Anji, Huzhou – a luxurious resort tucked away in a vast bamboo forest! It's truly my dream getaway come to life. Waking up to the gentle breeze and the rustling of bamboo, watching the clouds drift by, all my fatigue just melts away. Quan Quan was also very thoughtful in reminding me about all the little perks during my stay.

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. The location of the homestay is excellent. It is 900 meters above sea level on the top of the mountain. The room is comfortable and quiet. The weather in the canyon room is good. You can see the sunrise. The bedding is soft and comfortable. It is quiet and sleeps at night. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was fast, the room was clean towels and tidy bathtub cover bath salts, the coffee bar was fully functional, the day coffee and night wine, and there was a good night sweet soup at 8 o'clock in the evening. You can also order the nightingale on the top of the mountain. There are billiards and table tennis downstairs and these amusement facilities are rich and delicious in the morning.
