The villa with the king-size bed was amazing, very spacious, and the service was excellent. There were plenty of shuttle buses to the scenic area, picking you up and dropping you off right away. The scenic area itself was also fantastic and so much fun! I loved it and will definitely come again. It even had two bathtubs, which the baby absolutely adored!

The room was great, and they even upgraded us proactively. It was very child-friendly with bed railings. The shuttle buses were always prompt, and the butler was very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had.

Great value for money! It includes unlimited access to Caribbeana, and most of the amusement rides are free, with only a few requiring extra payment. There's also an indoor kids' play area, making it perfect for families with young children. Grandparents accompanying them can also enjoy the performances in the park. The Chinese restaurant was surprisingly good. Usually, hotel restaurants are chosen for convenience, but the food here exceeded expectations, and they offer set menus. So, we ended up having dinner there both nights.

Our butler Beibei was incredibly warm and attentive. She proactively contacted us a day in advance via WeChat to provide all necessary information, demonstrating excellent service. The room she arranged had a fantastic view, which we were very pleased with! Visiting the amusement park on a non-holiday weekend was a great experience. The 'Dah Tie Hua' (iron flower show) and 'Immortal Love' performances were superb, and we even saw fireworks three times in one day. The upgraded Kids' Wonderland kept our child entertained for half a day on their own.

The environment here is fantastic, and the service is excellent. We had a butler providing online assistance throughout our stay, and getting to and from the scenic spots was very convenient. It's a great choice for traveling with kids.

The hotel environment was great, and everything was clean. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety too. We got two complimentary amusement park tickets, and the park itself has significantly improved since our last visit three years ago, with many more attractions. The evening shows, especially the one every 10 minutes, were fantastic and definitely worth seeing! They also had a 'Da Tie Hua' (iron flower beating) performance and an ice and snow world. The final 'Immortal Love Story' show followed by the fireworks display was particularly impressive and a must-see.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the surrounding area was comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel service was excellent, and both lunch and dinner at the hotel were good. Staying at the hotel allowed free access to the Caribbean attractions, which had many rides and activities.

We stayed in the largest room with our child, and we got a free room upgrade! The room was huge, with a large terrace, a big bathtub, a bright bathroom, and even a small capsule coffee machine. The decor was lovely, in a Wabi-sabi style, and the smart curtains were a hit with our kid, who loved playing with them for ages. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent. The hotel is very close to the Galabi amusement park, so we could go in and out of the park for two consecutive days during our stay. We checked in on the first afternoon and immediately went to the water park or the smaller amusement park, then watched a show in the evening. The next morning, we swam in the infinity pool and were back at the water park by 1 PM. Our child had an absolute blast and said a weekend was too short, wanting to come back again, suggesting two days would be perfect. The butler was incredibly enthusiastic, upgrading our room, helping with luggage, and even giving us complimentary snacks, drinks, and bottled water. The Galabi Park itself was lively. That night, there was a Jiro Wang fan meeting and performance, which was fantastic value! Plus, there are Starbucks, Mixue Bingcheng, and Dico's outlets inside.
