Shouldn't natural hot springs be filled with flowing water at all times? And then there's the most bizarre thing—the hotel's air conditioner outdoor unit was placed inside the indoor balcony! You can hear the noise in the video. We had no choice but to turn off the air conditioner and try to sleep, but the air conditioner in the next room was just as noisy, making it impossible to sleep."

"The hotel is next to Anning East Lake Park. Opposite the hotel is a square and a park. There are restaurants around. The hotel is on the 27th floor of the whole building. The hotel service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and new, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the dishes taste very good. The only problem is that the hotel's parking is very bad. The underground parking lot sign is not accurate. I drove here and searched around the parking lot for more than ten minutes, but couldn't find the entrance to the negative second floor. Finally, I saw the driver driving on the negative first floor and asked for the entrance. I hope the hotel will re-post the parking lot sign to avoid self-driving guests looking for parking spaces."

"To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad. Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night. Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state. The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly. None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable. The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair. The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged. Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor."

"The room is indeed as mentioned in the reviews, it is very small, and in the room we stayed in, the two jacks on the bedside were out of power, the landline phone was a decoration, there were no toiletries, and there were nail shells under the pillow. I don’t know if the room rate of 290 is correct. I was assigned the worst room. There was carpet in the corridor. There was a big smell. There were only a few swimming pools open. The experience was really bad."

"Anning Hot Spring Conference Center is my absolute favorite hotel! My husband and I started coming here right after we got married, and back then it was pretty quiet. Fast forward to now, and our little one is four years old, and he loves it just as much as we do. The room is clean and comfy, and the private in-room hot spring tub is super spacious. There's plenty of room for me and my child to soak together, and he can even splash around freely. The hot spring water quality is excellent. The outdoor pools are also very well-maintained; staff take advantage of meal times when fewer guests are around to drain and scrub them clean, keeping them spotless. We've been returning regularly, from our two-person world to now a family of three, and the experience has always been consistently great. It's perfect for a family hot spring getaway, and our whole family absolutely adores it."

The butler service was warm and attentive, always responsive, and communication was smooth; they were very thoughtful in providing check-in instructions and travel suggestions. The overall wabi-sabi design was very stylish, perfect for taking photos, and the stay was both comfortable and reassuring. I will definitely choose this place again next time; highly recommended!"
