"The private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic! It's so peaceful staying in the mountains. I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?"

"A wonderful hotel located in the mountains. The scenery is stunning. We stayed there during the ITF tennis tournament. It's a very good club with four indoor and five outdoor clay tennis courts. The staff, although they don't speak English, use an online translator and try to help with everything. They're very friendly and polite. Cleaning is done daily; you don't even notice when they're done. The hot springs, available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., help you recover after tournament matches. I'd happily come back."

What's more, they even provide little snacks to go with your coffee, which was a lovely touch. This level of thoughtfulness from the hotel staff truly makes the stay exceptional value for money. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. "The hotel is located right on the shores of the Mantis River. The rooms are clean, tidy, and warmly decorated. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped and clean, and the shower water temperature and pressure are consistent. The hot spring water is so smooth and smooth that it truly lives up to its reputation as the "world's best hot spring." The hotel staff are warm and attentive, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out. Any issues we raised were promptly and effectively addressed, making us feel right at home. Of course, the hotel does have some minor shortcomings. For example, since hot springs involve drinking a lot of water, drinking water should be provided unlimitedly and not charged. Having stayed at so many hotels, it's rare to find one charging for drinking water beyond the hotel's capacity. I hope the hotel can improve on this. Overall, however, these minor issues didn't detract from my stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
