Staying at Hanting was such a pleasant surprise on our trip! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we experienced impeccable and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and professional, completing our check-in swiftly and even thoughtfully upgrading our room type. Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service. Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet. Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

When I went out for the holidays, I felt that other popular attractions were too crowded, so I couldn't stand the crowd and ran to Anning to play. I was quite pleasantly surprised. The location of this hotel is quite good. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Anning has a slow pace and you don't have to rush out.

This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

The environmental facilities are very good, the sanitation is also very clean, because the exam is too late to check out in time, it also extended the check-out time for me, the surrounding traffic is also very convenient, if you can equipped with a disposable toilet pad, it would be better.

Facilities: Super comprehensive, they even have razors and everything is quite new. Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected. Environment: Very quiet and comfortable. Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently. Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean. The room was super spacious.

The room is clean and tidy, parking is convenient, the service is good, and the breakfast is not bad. Although it is simple, it is filling. There is an outlet shopping mall at the door, which is convenient for shopping. Overall, it is good and a five-star rating!

I had a fantastic stay at the Wyndham Hot Spring Hotel during my trip. I was very pleased with everything. The hotel environment was incredibly comfortable, with a beautifully decorated and luxurious lobby. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, offering some delicious local specialties. And the hot springs were excellent!

I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
