Environment: The environment is very good, and the room is equipped with green plants, very lively!
Service: The service is nothing to say, especially warm, breakfast is delicious! The clerk speaks very gently!

GGuest UserHotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

GGuest UserWhen I went out for the holidays, I felt that other popular attractions were too crowded, so I couldn't stand the crowd and ran to Anning to play. I was quite pleasantly surprised. The location of this hotel is quite good. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Anning has a slow pace and you don't have to rush out.

11357747****Facilities: Super comprehensive, they even have razors and everything is quite new.
Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected.
Environment: Very quiet and comfortable.
Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently.
Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean.
The room was super spacious.

The breakfast is good, including steamed buns, soybean milk, millet porridge, eggs, quail eggs and noodles, which cater to the eating habits of people in the north and south. The millet porridge is not as good as the one I cook at home, but the sweet potatoes and corn are OK. I ordered the wrong order when I booked. I wanted to stay in a lake view room but it turned out to be a city view room. Fortunately, the boss upgraded me to a lake view room, but each has its own merits.

GGuest UserThe hot springs were nice, and the room was good too. But the real highlight was the staff at the lobby restaurant. I had originally planned to go for some rice noodles the previous night, and even though they were about to finish their shift, they offered to help me find a place to eat nearby. When we couldn't find a spot right away, they enthusiastically led me to another restaurant. It's genuinely rare to encounter such warm and enthusiastic staff, especially in a hotel. The team at the first-floor restaurant was absolutely excellent.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the front desk staff were warm and courteous, quickly processing check-in and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere, and the common areas were kept very well-maintained. Compared to hotels in the same area and of similar standard, this one is very reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money – truly worth it.
