The room was very clean, and the private hot tub was quite large. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes at night, thankfully there were mosquito coils. Also, the bathroom developed a particularly unpleasant odor at night, so strong that I didn't want to use it. Because it was the middle of the night, I couldn't complain to the front desk.

Overall, the hotel was great – a true all-in-one spot for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. It’s perfect for spending a few days unwinding. The facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. Everything you need is right here! Plus, the three meals a day offered by the hotel were quite tasty. On a different note, I needed to arrange dinner for my family and called twice in advance to book a restaurant. The front desk said the F&B department would contact me, but they never did, even after I checked out… a bit frustrating. When I checked in, the front desk told me our standard room was on the first floor. I acknowledged it, and then they repeated it, “first floor, okay?” I didn't quite understand why they emphasized it twice. It wasn’t until I got to the room that I realized the cafe’s outdoor terrace offers a direct view into the room. (The front desk could have just said that directly instead of being so vague; how would I know, being a first-time guest?) Three areas for improvement: 1. The non-slip mat in the shower was very dirty. 2. The coordination among the F&B staff needs to be better. 3. The front desk should be more direct. Repeating that the standard room was on the first floor in such a roundabout way completely confused me as a first-time visitor about what they were trying to convey!

The environmental facilities are very good, the sanitation is also very clean, because the exam is too late to check out in time, it also extended the check-out time for me, the surrounding traffic is also very convenient, if you can equipped with a disposable toilet pad, it would be better.

The room hygiene service is also good. The breakfast is good, including steamed buns, soybean milk, millet porridge, eggs, quail eggs and noodles, which cater to the eating habits of people in the north and south. The millet porridge is not as good as the one I cook at home, but the sweet potatoes and corn are OK. I ordered the wrong order when I booked. I wanted to stay in a lake view room but it turned out to be a city view room. Fortunately, the boss upgraded me to a lake view room, but each has its own merits.

The room is spacious and bright, the room is well ventilated, the air conditioning is convenient, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the quality of the hair dryer is also good. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
