MMarc1The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh.
While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China.
I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly.
Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice.

MM901794****Must give this hotel five stars praise! The location is great, close to the popular business district, shopping and travel are time-saving and convenient. The room is more spacious than expected, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the lighting and ventilation are superb, the facilities are all available and in good condition, the air conditioning is silent and the hot water is sufficient. The sanitary details are full, the bedding and towels are clean and odorless, and the tabletop floor is spotless. The service is even warmer, from the smile at the time of check-in to the initiative to help with luggage on the way, any consultation is patiently answered, and the response speed is super fast. The breakfast is rich in variety, balanced and delicious. The overall price is super high, whether it is a business trip or a family trip, it is super suitable, it has been included in the list of first choice for travel, and it is highly recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hot springs were nice, and the room was good too. But the real highlight was the staff at the lobby restaurant. I had originally planned to go for some rice noodles the previous night, and even though they were about to finish their shift, they offered to help me find a place to eat nearby. When we couldn't find a spot right away, they enthusiastically led me to another restaurant. It's genuinely rare to encounter such warm and enthusiastic staff, especially in a hotel. The team at the first-floor restaurant was absolutely excellent.

It seems insignificant that your store cancels the deposit collection, but it fully shows that it is disrespect and trust customers, so it may affect your store's business is booming and financial resources are abundant.

3300117****I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.

MM501427****The hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the front desk staff were warm and courteous, quickly processing check-in and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere, and the common areas were kept very well-maintained. Compared to hotels in the same area and of similar standard, this one is very reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money – truly worth it.
