Facilities: very complete, and very advanced and intelligent, Hygienic: newly renovated, very clean and tidy, Environment: The environment is very good, and the room is equipped with green plants, very lively! Service: The service is nothing to say, especially warm, breakfast is delicious! The clerk speaks very gently!

Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The hotel environment is fantastic, right next to Yulongwan Park. There's a small path leading to the back entrance of the park, and it's lush with greenery, making the air really fresh. The front desk staff (especially the young lady) was super friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious, and all the drinks in the minibar were complimentary. It also had a balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a cup of tea – super relaxing!

The room was exceptionally clean and odor-free, with complete and user-friendly facilities. It offered incredible value for money, allowing us to enjoy a super comfortable stay without breaking the bank. The location was also convenient for getting around. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: Super comprehensive, they even have razors and everything is quite new. Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected. Environment: Very quiet and comfortable. Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently. Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean. The room was super spacious.

To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad. Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night. Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state. The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly. None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable. The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair. The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged. Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor.

A near-perfect stay experience, highly recommended to all friends! I must seriously praise this hotel; it almost perfectly met all my expectations for a perfect stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, truly embodying the spirit of ”answering every question”—whether it was asking about local travel guides or nearby transportation routes, they patiently and meticulously provided the most professional advice, even thoughtfully marking the locations on the map. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The convenience of living here is impeccable: • Food delivery freedom: A wide variety of food options are available, and delivery is fast, easily satisfying late-night cravings. • Dining options within easy reach: There's a small commercial area right next to the hotel, offering everything from authentic local snacks to specialty restaurants. This stay truly made me feel ”at home.” I've already added this gem of a hotel to my favorites without hesitation, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The room is very warm, the decoration is very new, Instagram style, I like it very much, the hot water is very hot, it is not noisy at night, the bed is big, and the key price is very cheap, I am only in my early 70s! Each room has independent optical fiber, and the Internet speed is super fast! You can watch it on demand or live! Come again next time!

I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.

The room is clean and hygienic, the boss has a good service attitude, and you can also soak in the hot springs. The surrounding environment is good, and the store’s dinner is delicious.
