一家三口回鞍山探親，其他常住的酒店沒有家庭房了，衹搶到了如家商旅。因為旅遊旺季，人真的很多。環境還可以，畢竟是鋼材市場附近。拖家帶口的我覺得性價比還挺高的。房間衞生條件也不錯。

十一來爬千山，順便在這裏住一晚，體驗不是很好。
第一個房間進去有一種不間斷的低頻轟鳴聲，待幾分鐘頭都大了，換了一個9樓的房間好一些。
令人非常不解的是：家庭房早餐僅提供兩份，既然是家庭房那麼入住人應該是一家三口吧這是常識，要不選標間了，但第三份早餐需額外自費購買，這讓我感到非常失望和不便。作為一家知名的連鎖賓館都對不起你叫的這個名字，我認為應該考慮到家庭房客人的實際需求。希望貴賓館能改進這一點，為客人提供更好的體驗。
