I had a great stay overall—the hotel offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the amenities make it feel like a higher-end experience. The only small drawback is that the soundproofing of the glass windows isn’t perfect, so a bit of outside noise can be heard at times. Still, compared to the price paid, it’s definitely worth it and I would happily stay here again.

Excellent, very central location. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room featured a comfortable bed and modern decor. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying.

No isolation, can hear neighbouring rooms. Barely could sleep from the noise and the fridge was noisy like a bulldozer in the room. Water flips between cold and boiling in a second. No personal hygiene kit / tooth paste or brushes, etc. Had to ask for extra pillows. One pill per person. Soap and shampoo dispenser provided but not working/ can’t be used. Covers for queen bed barely covers one person. Breakfast is ok, very simple, old cakes served with breakfast/ not fresh. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very important for us. It’s very near to the downtown city.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 20-25 minute walk from Kaleici and 30 minutes from Konakli beach. We had a triple room; it was generally small, but clean and tidy, and perfectly adequate for us. The room was equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, kettle, air conditioning, shower, and toilet, all in working order. The wardrobe was quite spacious, fitting all our belongings comfortably. The room was cleaned daily. Do note that the rooms don't have balconies, which makes drying clothes a bit tricky. We used their paid drying service downstairs, which cost 5 euros per bag. The staff are friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff, though we communicated in English at the front desk. We didn't use the pool; it looked like it wasn't cleaned daily, so we didn't chance it. There's a currency exchange nearby with a good rate, and directly opposite the hotel, a restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty meal if you don't fancy walking far.

Fantastic location and excellent facilities in this centrally located hotel in the centre of the town. Attentive staff and superb breakfast provided.

Good location as buses and metro stations to downtown and beaches are nearby. Room was smaller than the picture though, and the double bed is just 2 single beds put together, using 2 single mattresses so there's kind of a hole if you sleep in the middle. Given the prices of other hotels in Antalya this one offers a good deal. All in all good experience but could be better

Booked the hotel from 29/6/2024 to 3/7/2024.in your website it is seen that sea can be seen from the hotel.on reaching n checking in found no sea beside the hotel.further small rooms and inside the room there is a big post .absolutely disgusting ,dirty ,untidy n unhygenic to stay .asked yr company to cancel my booking but nothing been done.i wasted all my money n didn’t even stay for 5 minutes.again i booked holiday inn in Lara n stayed there.fraud hotel n fraud has been committed on me .

Be careful if you don't want to be left outside in the middle of the night! I moved in with my family: my husband and two children. The children and husband fell asleep, after a shower I was getting ready to go to bed and then I discovered stains on the sheets. I was shocked and went down to the reception to find a solution to the problem, since there was no question of moving to another hotel at 12 at night, everyone was already asleep. The manager at the reception at first simply began to ignore my complaint and, when asked to change the linen, said that they did not have linen and that if something did not suit to leave... I was indignant and asked to invite the elder, to which he said that he is the owner and now will call the police, who will throw us all out onto the street. I was more than shocked! I went upstairs and woke up my husband. The husband went down to the reception, but the same person spoke to him in a completely different way: he kindly agreed to return the money for the remaining nights in the morning and provided other linen! We somehow spent the night and decided to change the hotel in the morning, but then another “concert” began! They threatened to call the police on our demand to return the money! We agreed to the police, but it turned out that they only scared us! In general, now we will NEVER go to Turkey and we are dissuading others! Tourists are trash in this country!
