Traveling with my parents, I specially set up a national characteristic Daxu experience.
Facilities: The door is a large 2.5 meter, the sanitary conditions are good, but the overall is a bit crowded. The is electric. It is very hot after opening. It is not related at night. The next day I feel that I have been baked into a person to dry 😂😂😂, but it is indeed a very novel experience ～.

One standout feature is the personalized service of a travel butler; 大玲儿, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless. She addressed all our queries, arranged transportation, handled all necessary bookings, and regularly checked on our welfare, ensuring we had everything we needed, from extra water in our room to confirming our Changbaishan plans. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel we changed to on the day we went to Changbai Mountain was completely beyond our expectations. I was worried that such a cheap hotel might not be clean, but I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. The room was clean and hygienic, and the owner had put a lot of thought into the configuration, especially the bedding, which was so comfortable. I have stayed in many hotels for work and business trips, and their bedding is not inferior to that of star-rated hotels. I have a little suggestion that the style of the wash basin is not very convenient for girls to put on their cosmetics when putting on makeup. Everything else is great. The service is also very good, there is a pick-up station, and we went to Tianchi and came back directly to catch the high-speed rail. The owner was very enthusiastic to help pick us up at the scenic spot with our luggage and sent us to the high-speed rail station.

The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter!
With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

The homestay is very clean, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom, very comfortable! The landlord is so kind, he keeps answering questions for us, thank you! SSupapornWe travel by train from Baisan Station, take a taxi for 10 minutes, 20CHY. The resort is on the riverside. The rooms are new and clean. When you get there, you have to set the water heater to warm before taking a shower. They have a simple local breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights. In the morning I had a sore throat and a cough. The host was very kind and helped take us to the drug store in town. In the morning we took us to rafting. In the afternoon there was a walk in the nearby Birch Forest. We returned in the morning. The host prepared a car to send us off. The host and staff were warm and very helpful. Although we cannot communicate in Chinese

SSH.1Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!!
We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift!
It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room.
The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing.
The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station.
Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long.
As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast.
For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all.

作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。
住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

This time I came to the hotel and gained not only a warm place to stay in the snow, but also two family-like friends. Thank you very much to the lovely Uncle Du and Brother Feng❤️❤️❤️. They helped us, the first-time tourists, to plan the route in detail. They picked us up early for skiing, motorcycling, and traveling, and considered us, lending us thick gloves to warm our hearts blown by the snow and wind at minus 20 degrees🥹. Choosing Banshan! It means choosing a small home in the snowy mountains with complete facilities and comprehensive services, and you will also meet a group of lovely and warm people! 💪🏂🎿

It is not convenient to call a taxi during the peak tourist season. The front desk helped us apply for the train station pick-up service. The driver was very handsome. From the moment I made the reservation, Gem Hotel's customized butler service was activated in advance. They took the initiative to contact me and carefully asked if I needed pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. This precautionary care made my heart warm even before I arrived.
After arriving at the hotel, the enthusiasm of the front desk staff was even more impressive.
