My family enjoyed a wonderful trip here. The hotel provide superior service for us, especially for our kids. Their butler service is also exceptional, made us having a smooth trip, even the bad weather condition cause the park closed, they still provide many activities for us to keep our kids happy all the time. The hot spring here comes with plenty choices, good for both little ones and adults. The service is really amazing. The Legend MVP high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off, there is a butler service as soon as you come in, and we are greeted by Chen Yuanyuan, Sister Chen. The hotel upgraded our room for free, Sister Chen personally took us to the room, and also gave us a set of bath and skin care products and a warm baby, and also gave us a guide to the nearby hotels. It was really great. The hotel facilities are advanced and complete, and the hot spring has multiple indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast variety is very rich and tastes very good. Thanks again to Sister Chen and the hotel for their thoughtful service. Must recommend!

I have stayed in many hotels in Erdao, and this one is really good. The room is clean and tidy, the staff is very polite, the hot spring is on the first floor, I can go there directly in my swimsuit, and I went there to eat delicious food in the evening. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. I sincerely recommend it to everyone~

I have stayed in this hotel before on business trips and had a very good impression. I stayed during the National Day holiday this time and it was still very good. The environment is amazing. In the golden autumn season, the colorful forests can be seen from the window. The beautiful Changbai Mountain is really intoxicating! The hotel service is very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and guests feel at home. The view from the rooftop is also unique. You can see the entire Erdao Baihe Town and the vast forests of Changbai Mountain to the horizon! The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good. /

It was totally worth the trip! The hotel has a great view, good facilities, and a pick-up station and VIP hot springs! The breakfast is also very ethnic. It is the most satisfactory hotel I booked this time! Moreover, the hotel environment is very open, the quiet snow scene is also very good, and you can also swing on the same swing as in Korean dramas ~ romantic! It is really happy, who knows! ! !

If your aim is to see the lake at the top of Changbai Mountain, definitely book this hotel for at least two days. The hotel package includes 3hr ski experience per pax per day, unlimited access to the hot spring, and easy access to the Changbai North Scenic Area. The service was super prompt, warm and attentive, but you will need to be Chinese speaking, or get a companion who can communicate with the staff. The staff will add you to their WeChat upon check in, and will not only give you tips on how to visit the scenic area, but will also answer to your (reasonable) requests and questions within an hour. They will update you every morning whether the peak open for viewing, and will guide you in purchasing tickets for the scenic area. We managed to see the peak on our second morning after taking the earliest transfer from the hotel. We have to thank the staff who are so professional and constantly act in our best interests. Best service we had in our trip to China so far. The rooms are good, and the hotel cluster is well taken care of. There are transfers between the hotel and the ski resort, the hot spring centre, the scenic area as well as the train station. For free pickups from the train station, you will need to call the hotel beforehand. I didn’t get a local phone number and had to borrow my previous hotel’s phone to book a pickup. They will also arrange for a free drop-off at the train station. The hotel compound looks beautiful in winter. The staff even built snowmen around the compound and we saw rabbits on our first night here. There are a few things which fell short of expectations, but we understand are beyond the control of the hotel. The outdoor hot spring water is super murky, and the toilets in the hot spring centre smells quite bad one day during our stay. And while the hotel does provide priority access to the peak of Changbai Mountain, the company running the scenic area may not open the access queue during peak periods, and will request that you queue with the tour groups. However, the warm service by the hotel staff trumps these shortcomings and we have immensely enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

The room is spacious and clean, and the toiletries and towels are disposable. The quality is very good and must be praised! On the left side of the hotel is the wetland and flower sea, directly opposite is the square, and on the right side is the military safety factor! It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the distribution center on the north slope of Changbai Mountain in the morning, which is so convenient! Highly recommended! Finally, the hotel service and pick-up service were heartwarming and the staff were enthusiastic. They even helped us contact us to charter a car to Yanji! Everything went smoothly on the trip, it was great👍👍👍

The rooms and facilities are very good. When it snows, it feels like a big cabin in the forest. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is good to choose noodles. There are various special cold dishes. The restaurant is beautiful after the snow. The Korean food on the second floor is generally delicious. Spent a pleasant few days here. Because the high-speed train arrives at night, I booked this Puyue Hotel for the first night in Changbai Mountain. It is very close to the high-speed train station and there is a pick-up service. Opposite is the Meirensong Sculpture Park, you can go for a walk. Because it is a new hotel, the design aesthetics are online. The hotel comes with a hot spring. Soak after arriving and wash away your fatigue. It is very comfortable. The service is very good. The front desk will add WeChat in advance to confirm various suitability. I will nitpick two details: 1. The toilet in the bathroom is not a heated toilet seat. Maybe people in Northeast China are really not afraid of cold. 2. The hot spring is not natural, a bit like a bath center in the city, but it is not so hot, and even drinking water is not provided (or did I not find it?). However, you can buy bottled water and drinks and order food. After the shower, there are no skin care products on the dressing table, only cotton swabs and hair dryers. The overall feeling is good. If it is 4 stars, I am very satisfied.
