Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

One standout feature is the personalized service of a travel butler; 大玲儿, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless. She addressed all our queries, arranged transportation, handled all necessary bookings, and regularly checked on our welfare, ensuring we had everything we needed, from extra water in our room to confirming our Changbaishan plans. The standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

The hotel is in Erdaobaihe Town, very close to the Edelweiss Scenic Area, and it takes a few minutes to walk there. It is very convenient to go to the north slope of Changbai Mountain or rafting, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The front desk lady also upgraded the room, thank you! Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

On the way, we asked him for travel recommendations and reviews. The manager also gave us his opinions enthusiastically and meticulously. Today we went to play rime rafting and ice fishing. The time introduced by the store was very good, there was no queue, and I felt very happy. The recommended store is also delicious! This is the hotel with the best service attitude and the most enthusiastic store I have experienced in the Northeast. It is very good. 👍
