The hotel is not far from the town of Erdaobaihe and Changbaishan high speed railway station, but it's definitely NOT within a walking distance. Taxi or personal driving would have to be arranged. The hotel is big and the lobby is so vast and spacious, but it may be the timing of my visit that is rather empty and quiet. The room is so spacious. I especially love the bed topper; it's so comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the service is wonderful. Although I was a solo guest, they provided a full Chinese breakfast, and it has the best beef dish in China! They have a service that will take you to Changbaishan Visitor Center, north slope entrance, and you may return by taxi. Overall, despite a minor setback in the beginning, I'm impressed!

In the small town of Erdaobaihe, it is only about ten minutes' drive from Changbaishan Railway Station. The hotel mainly caters to tourist groups. It has its own parking lot and the lobby on the first floor is quite bright. However, the room facilities are relatively old, so it is not that demanding to have a rest. The hotel also has its own indoor hot spring, which is usually given to hotel guests as a gift, but I feel that the hygiene of the bathing and showering environment needs to be improved. In addition, there are various Northeastern souvenir shops next to the hotel. You can mail them back after buying them. The most difficult thing to describe was the breakfast. It was late at night and she was unfamiliar with the place. No one in the hot spring department said to take us to see it. I asked the hot spring front desk for a Yunnan Baiyao spray, but the boss was unwilling to give it, so we drove back to the hotel by ourselves. The girl at the front desk of the hotel learned about our situation and called the manager. Manager Zhang Xia immediately arranged for the hotel staff to prepare a car and coordinated the manager of the hot spring department to accompany us to the hospital at the foot of the mountain for examination. This kind of service attitude and service awareness is the quality that a high-end hotel manager should have. Although we paid for the hospital expenses ourselves, it helped us to see the elderly as quickly as possible without delaying the condition, using medicine as soon as possible, reducing the elderly’s pain, and alleviating our worries.
