"We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"What seemed to be a promising stay was a real disapointment, as the location bluntly cancelled the booking the day before. They blaimed it on a "double booking", although we had been communicating with them in the last month. Also, they took no responsability and just said it was "not their fault". Did not even have the smarts to offer some kind of compensation to show goodwill or help find a new place to stay. I would not trust this venue! A real shame."

"Located very close to Antwerpen Centraal Station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. Really happy with my stay here. The location is fantastic—close to everything but still quiet enough at night. The room came with a washing machine, which was a lifesaver, and a small kitchen that actually had everything you could need, including a full oven. The bed was super comfy too. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the security—there are three steps of password entry to get into the building/room, which made me feel extremely safe. Perfect for longer stays or anyone traveling alone. Would definitely book again."
