"Hotel is across Antwerpen Central Station what was a big plus for me. The room itself was clean. The shower and toilet is separate from the room by using frosted film on the windows of the toilet and shower. Because I was on a solo trip it didn't bother me. I could imagine that it takes some getting used to when you are not traveling alone. One somewhat minus point for me, is that the window screens doesn't blackout the room for me near enough. In conclusion if I am visiting Antwerp again, I would consider booking again at this hotel"

"The hotel doesn't give a very good impression from the outside, but that changes when you enter the rooms, which are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a shower and toiletries, and the bed is large with a comfortable mattress. The only downside to room 307 is that the air conditioning doesn't work, and it's very dusty; it needs maintenance, and a refrigerator would have been nice. Complimentary water is provided free of charge upon arrival, and there's a TV. The hotel has a restaurant next door that serves delicious and generous breakfasts. It's very close to the metro, a 5-minute walk away. The reception closes at 7 pm, but you can enter using your room key card at a machine where you scan it at the entrance. Overall, the stay was very good."

Unfortunately, this particular hotel is currently very understaffed, which seems to be causing tension among the team. I frequently noticed that the employees were in a bad mood, which, unfortunately, sometimes carried over to the guests. Breakfast was fine. All in all, it was okay."

I have not problem with the hotel or the staff, actually i think is a beautiful hotel. but if you like to sleep at night oh dear, extremely tiny noisy road, where you hear everything, drunkers shouting, cleaning trunks passing all the time... 2 nights and I did not sleep at all."

"It's too far from the city. You don't need to stay here just to take pictures. The restaurant is closed all the time. There is only a bar and basically no one is seen. Those who came here because of the reputation on Xiaohongshu can be discouraged."

"What seemed to be a promising stay was a real disapointment, as the location bluntly cancelled the booking the day before. They blaimed it on a "double booking", although we had been communicating with them in the last month. Also, they took no responsability and just said it was "not their fault". Did not even have the smarts to offer some kind of compensation to show goodwill or help find a new place to stay. I would not trust this venue! A real shame."
