Wonderful hotel! The lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a delightful aroma. The rooms are spacious and clean. We would especially return for the breakfast; it offered a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of the beautiful historic old town area, bars restaurants and shops all around . Very helpful and friendly staff . Superb breakfast , large comfy rooms , super beds , lovely bathrooms. We would love to return in the future 👌

The hotel is located right opposite Antwerp Central Station, making its location absolutely fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was a definite plus. Our triple room was a good size, but the extra bed was a sofa bed, which felt a bit basic. Also, there were no toothbrushes or rinsing cups provided, so you'll need to bring your own.

I requested a quiet room and sent an email to remind them beforehand, but received no response. Upon arrival, I found I was still assigned a room right next to the street, where garbage trucks and passing vehicles were noisy in the early morning. I booked a double room with twin beds, but after cleaning the next day, they only provided one set of towels and bath towels, which we had to share. The hotel is an old building with a lot of character. It rained the day I checked in, and the marble steps were slippery; my husband slipped and fell, so we had to be careful ourselves.

Super beautiful hotel. Top location. Perfect marriage 'food', art, architecture, luxury lustry.Ideal base to explore Antwerp. We will surely come back. This is 100% enjoy..

We were traveling by car as a couple. The hotel has free parking. The rooms and beds are larger than those of similar hotels in Europe. The facilities are newer, with coffee machines, kettles and ironing boards, which are all what travelers need. It is a 15-minute drive to the old town attractions, and we visited for four hours. Parking cost 17 euros.

The reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.  However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.  And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.  We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.  The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.  It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.  The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.  Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later. The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.  I was not happy with my stay.

The hotel is very central and a short walk from the main station and street filled with restaurants and bars! We enjoyed staying here so much , we extended our stay! The hotel is nice and clean and has the necessary amenities. It is a short walk to the historical old town.

It seems a bit aged. The breakfast was below average. But overall it is not that bad and I can recommend it to budget travelers.

The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.
