"There is a very listless young lady at the reception who has no answer to anything. Hence the bad ”service” rating.
The apartment booked is not in the building given in the address, but about 5 minutes' walk away in a residential building in the back. The location is still very good, the tram stations are only 3 minutes away.
Breakfast is in the café opposite the building where the reception is. Breakfast is OK, there is white and dark bread (no rolls), various salads, ham, cheese, butter, strawberry jam, scrambled eggs, sausages, crêpes (unfortunately no chocolate spread), a homemade cake (very tasty), orange juice, milk, tea (black and green) and coffee and muesli and tomatoes and cucumbers (freshly sliced). Breakfast is served from 8-10, and it is always freshly refilled right up until the end. So actually very good.
The apartment has been renovated relatively recently, but unfortunately the washing machine has no connection. The kitchen has a stove, a microwave and a kettle and a refrigerator. Functional. There are also cleaning products.
The cleanliness was OK, but not great, the corners were not wiped.
There were 2 large beds, unfortunately without bedside lamps. But all in all OK.
The surroundings are great! Lots of cafes and restaurants, nice atmosphere. It's about 10 minutes by tram to the city center.
Tip: there is a week's ticket for tram and bus (trains cost extra)."

JJtbagogoWe stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.

KkthérèseI would highly recommended this apart-hotel for solo travelers, couples, and families. The apartments have everything you need, and the location was near the river and about ten minutes walk to the old town and castle. I was glad to have the laundry service and the option to have a breakfast set of your choice delivered to your room. The hotel has a selection of vegan items for purchase such as milk, chocolate, yoghurt, ice-cream, frozen pizza etc and there are convenience stores close by. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I’m back in Krakow again I will definitely stay here.

You can walk north west through the parks, to the main square in ten minutes, or south east to the Jewish quarter.
Only slight issue is that the breakfast was...... OK. Not wonderful. After a few days, we always headed out for breakfast.
There's plenty of electric scooters and bikes for hire at the end of the street, you'll need the app for these.

CClairemfalveyLocation was fantastic, only a few steps from the old town square. Getting in was a bit of an issue. The phone number given on trip.com was not correct but luckily the door was open and on the lift there was another phone number and then I had to wait 10mins on the phone. However Once I had the information, the room was lovely with a bath by the window. It felt quite luxurious with amenities etc. My only gripe was the windows didn't block out much sound and the blinds did not block out much light. There was also a note apologizing for renovation noise. So I was woken up at 5am by workers moving things on and off from that time.

MMostboringdudeeverCentrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.

CCharisThis accommodation is perfect for couples travelling and exploring Krakow. We stayed in the room with the private jacuzzi and it was incredible! The room has everything you could need, it is central, just a 1 min walk into the main square but also being on the 3rd floor, it was so quiet, even on Friday night! The bed was comfortable, the TV was great, the jacuzzi was amazing, check in was so easy. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay here, thank you!
To note, it is on the 3rd floor and being an old building, there is no lift which for us wasn't an issue but could be for some travellers.

LLvDarynaIt’s a decent hotel for its price with delicious breakfast and convenient location. Staff is welcoming and friendly. There’s a safe at the reception if you need it. Room has all kinds of cutleries, pots and pans, and a little stove which makes it suitable for cooking your own food. But in the room there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers. Also shampoo and shower gel is like all-in-one, so make sure to bring your own toiletries. The other good thing is that water can be taken at the reception or in a breakfast room if you run out of that you were provided with.
I enjoyed my stay and definitely can recommend this hotel

AAnonymous UserLoved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.

The staff were all very nice and helpful to our requests such as early check in of around 9am, and also helping us with luggage storage even after checking out. I would like to thank the staffs who were on duty from 3-5 April 2025, they were very kind and friendly. There location is superb as well as we are located near bus and tram intersection and the tram is just right outside our hotel. It is not noisy as long as u close your windows. There is free still/sparkling water and coffee dispenser. Room is clean and there is a fridge. Highly recommended
