Apartment was very nice, very spacious, clean, comfortable great value for money only issues were reception was not monitored all the time in the 4 days we were there we only seen staff when we checked in, checked out and on the morning of the first day I undertand some accommodation places don’t have reception 24:7 but I was just worrying as I wanted to book a taxi for coming home as I had to email them hoping for a reply before we left but managed to see staff on check out. We found the room cold there was no heating it wouldn’t go past 21 degrees in the room but luckily there was 2 duvets in the room we had to use. This meant it was freezing cold when getting out of the shower which wasn’t enjoyable. It is stated as close to main square but for us it seemed further than advertised still a good location but we were expecting to be closer to the main square. It advertises as having a fitness centre when it only has 2 exercise bikes so it would of been better if there was more cardio equipment

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant city! Lovely staff, brilliant room and a relaxing sauna. Great view looking over the city of Krakow. Gym with machines which is nice but only complaint is dumbbells only go up to 4kg. Overall I recommend this place for families visiting Krakow. 5 stars.

Really nice apartment. Very spacious, lots of storage and lovely bathroom. Huge shower! Great location and not too far from Krakow main square. Reception is not 24 hours and check in was not made clear. We arrived very late at night to one of the guests letting us into the building and nobody at reception. Perhaps clear check in instructions should be provided beforehand if you arrive out of staffed hours. Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible! I was awake for hours one evening because of somebody being really loud in the early hours of the morning. This is the only thing that would put me off returning. You could hear everything. All in all, was a great stay and I would consider returning as it is is in such a great location.

We absolutely adored our stay at Belle Epoque, the apartment was beautiful - the high ceilings were just stunning, we felt like we were somewhere far more expensive than what we actually paid! The reception staff were really lovely and helpful, and it was the perfect distance away from Old Town. We would 100% go back and recommend to anyone wanting to explore Krakow.

Excellent stay. Staff very friendly. Location was great - 10 minute walk into old town or can grab an e-scooter or taxi / bolt. Will definitely be back. Room had extra towels and pillows, plenty of facilities. Response from hotel with any questions was very quick and professional.

When I got an email saying I was in a building to the rear and there was no lift, I had a sinking feeling I was going somewhere awful. I couldn't have been more wrong. The place was spotless, so modern, and the staff were all friendly. Yes reception wasn't manned 24 hours but that was explained in advance and we saw someone there nearly every time we passed. The apartment had everything you could want, I would suggest instructions for the oven would be good as we only got it working by luck and that was only to make toast! The location was great, only a short walk to the Old Town. The little supermarket on the corner was so handy. Personally the frosted glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom wasn't a favourite for me but I'm old! Would definitely recommend these apartments and if I ever get back to Krakow I will be booking accommodation here. Thank you!

From before we arrived the communication was excellent! I was able to book a breakfast via email (I had forgotten to add it to my trip via last minute .com). They emailed me about accessing the apartment was we were getting there after midnight. They send simple instructions which helped massively especially when you are tired from travelling. We were able to leave our bags securely for our last day before returning home. The apartment was modern and well equipped and has an information folder on the history of the lovely building! Thanks for having us! 🌞🌞

Superb accommodation, selflessly clean, very spacious. Brilliant breakfast with the exception that no drinks ( tea, coffee) were provided. Also at the weekend the reception was not manned and we couldn't ask for more sachets of coffee or teabags. The sauna was out of order. But good stay nevertheless

Excellent Rating for this Reasonably priced, Clean and spacious apartment with modern decor, well maintained and in a great location for the old town of Krakow. 5-10 minutes walk from restaurants and the square. Convenience store just next door.
