5-Star Hotels in Krakow

It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

The hotel in Warsaw was great, but the one in Krakow was a pleasant surprise. The moment I stopped at the entrance of the hotel, I felt very good and liked it very much. You can see the textile hall at the entrance of the hotel. The location is excellent. The interior decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and very high-end. The room is large, the bathroom is larger than normal, the room equipment has a strong sense of technology, and it is very comfortable facing the courtyard. Breakfast is also great, this restaurant is recommended by Michelin at night, it is so delicious. Krakow is too beautiful to have time for hotel spas. The only thing I don't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the water will spill on the ground beside it.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

wunderschönes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das historische Ambiente – das Gebäude versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme und hebt sich von gewöhnlichen Hotels ab. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und dank der Klimaanlage auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool, der nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt perfekt zum Entspannen ist. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Copernicus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

This hotel is really great! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft and the facilities were complete. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the location is very convenient, and the surrounding food shopping is all available. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! High cost performance, highly recommended, will come again next time!

Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow. Easy to walk everywhere The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early. The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water. Very good quality as well. Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

Room was great but maybe the management would like to consider installing a Smart TV so that foreign travelers can also watch non-Polish channels. Please replace couch in Room 019. It’s a little old and uncomfortable to sit on. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel.

The hotel is on the edge of the Old Palace Square and has easy access to various tourist attractions. There is underground parking. It is 8 minutes walk to the square, and it is a good choice to go around in the morning and evening.

This is a 'grand hotel' set right in the heat of the Old Town, just off the corner of the main square, so perfectly located! The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful, although the coffee machine didn't produce the best drinks. We were slightly disappointed that it didn't have an open bar, although on our last night the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to sit there, and served us drinks. We were told that it would be open regularly when the season picked up in a couple of weeks time. It really didn't put us off. Staff were really friendly. There's a mini-bar in the rooms - which is seldom seen these days, and there were a couple of bottles of free water provided each day. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would consider the hotel again.
