Very nice hotel in a great location. My favorite part was the garden area. It provided a nice place to wind down in the evenings or enjoy your morning coffee. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Overall it was ok. I found a cockroach on the bed in one of the rooms. I told the front desk but they didn't respond.

The location and environment of the hotel are very good. It is within walking distance of Biltmore Village and about 15 minutes' drive to Biltmore Estate. The front desk service is very good and they are enthusiastic about introducing various restaurants and attractions in the city. However, the hotel is relatively old and the rooms need to be renovated and updated.
