I had an amazing time, of course Sofitel never disappoints! 💜 The facilities were up to par, the food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Everything was quite impressive, from the in-room dining experience to the indoor fitness center. The room was decorated free of charge at my request and spa packages were reasonably priced.

Although the hotel is a few years old, the environment is very good! Especially the bed is very comfortable! Breakfast variety, full of Northeast flavor! The most satisfying thing about this time is that Alisa's service is very good! Sincerely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very nice and clean . Location very good . Have big mall beside and a big food street love this place will sure visit again . Good for traveling

The hotel was clean and fine. Breakfast was good, but there were a few issues. WiFi was a pain to access on my laptop. I just gave up there. Major issue was the temperature in the rooms. So hot. We were told that thermostat control was fixed. Made sleeping uncomfortable.

Indoor swimming pool temperature was enough to swim, hotel staff was all kind and sorted out everything quickly. We even could enjoyed the Lion Dance at the hotel lobby on the first day of ***** New Year. 交通：Hotel is just next to Wanda Mall so we could go LaoChangChunBing branch and big supermaket easily. 卫生：Pleasant stay except for some smoking smell.

The overall environment is good, with the characteristics of a five-star hotel. The swimming pool is a bit small and the water quality generally needs further improvement, but the overall service attitude is good and the hotel is cost-effective.

I came to see a concert, so I chose a five-star hotel close to the exhibition. It was really a good choice. Andy recommended a restaurant to me. The barbecue he recommended was delicious. He was always available to answer my questions in the middle of the night. He was a warm and attentive butler.

I went to Harbin to watch JJ's concert. Sofitel was a good choice among the nearby hotels. After the concert, there was a long queue for taxis and subways, but it was not far to walk back to the hotel from the venue. The guest manager Xiao Yu contacted us in advance to check in early, and also did a late check-out when checking out. The hotel package also included a Sukiyaki pot, which was a great value for the price. The hotel facilities were average, but as a big brand, the hygiene and service were in place, which was also the reason for choosing Sofitel.

I recommend friends who come to Erbin to watch the concert to stay in this hotel, but I would like to remind you that Erbin's municipal administration, transportation, and sanitation need to be strengthened. If you don't rent a car, don't think about taking a taxi or subway after the concert. Just walk two kilometers back honestly. It is an older five-star hotel with warm service and five-star standards. Xiaoyu called and added WeChat to ask about the check-in requirements before check-in. Because of the weather in Harbin, he also asked me to add more clothes, which was very heartwarming! After check-in, there was a little episode and I communicated with Xiaoyu. Xiaoyu helped to deal with it as soon as possible, which made me very satisfied!
