Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. It’s a bit further out of the city but it only takes 10-15 mins to reach by train. It’s worth it for all the extra space and the jacuzzi was great. The finishings in the apartment are starting to show signs of age but I would happily stay here again. The service via WhatsApp was easy and while we didn’t have any issues, I got prompt responses for questions.

I stayed here for two nights and overall had a very nice experience. The flat is spacious, modern, and feels brand new. All the facilities are clean and well organized. We booked just an hour before check-in, so there was a slight delay while we contacted the company to get the access code. It was a bit of a hassle, but if you arrive a day earlier or book in advance, it should be much smoother. That said, there were a few issues worth noting. The pillows were quite high and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to sleep well. Some parts of the lighting system weren’t working properly, and both bathroom drains had issues — by the last night, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from them. The location is another factor to consider. It’s quite far from the city center, and the surrounding neighborhood feels very local and underdeveloped. While that can be a plus if you’re looking for a more authentic, residential area, there aren’t many good restaurants or attractions nearby. We had to rely on taxis to get around, so it’s not the most convenient place if you’re hoping to explore the city easily.

Very clean and comfortable. Location is a little tricky if you are carrying luggage but it's a close enough walk to Kato Patissia station. Would recommend!

Do NOT go. Area is not prime hence very old, smelly and corky Premise photo was taken at new. Now its been years hence you know what is now. Not clean and many items need fixing. ON our second day of staying at 11pm, I was bathing, water all of a sudden ran OUT and no internet, so how to ask for help? We sorted out data from phone and watsapp admin, no response as it was late. Called the number provided for emergency help and only answered at second time. A guy said "okay, i will make some calls to fix the water and internet". NOTHING happened since FOR 9 HOURS until 820am next morning. You look after yourself in a mess. Note that outmr kids did not take bath, I was taking bath and water ran out, need to clean up your own way, then no water for kids to brush teeth, no help, no call, no nothing. No one cares about you. We bought our water bottles to then settle in until 130am, of cos no help whatsoever provided. The next morning, i guess someone fixed the water. Then the internet. I wrote to management for explanation, NO REPLY. I asked for at least refund 1 night out of our 3 nights paid stay, NO ONE REPLIED. Do they care? No, absolutely not. Do NOT visit this so call apartment. It says downtown on its name when in fact it is not even close to downtown. Lies, lies, lies. Do not go. Period What is worst is the "no response" attitude. In our apartment there is an upper room. Whole room filled with toilet smell whole day. Drainage problem creates bad smell. We asked for help. Of cos NO help provided. Also, air con in room is noisy and not cold, again NO help provided even we pointed out to admin. So go to a proper hotel, do NOT visit this one. Not worth even half the price it quotes.

The room was spacious, but there was hardly any service. They only sent the access code 3 hours before check-in. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and the TV remote didn't work. My calls for assistance went unanswered.

A great hotel, not far from bus stops and the subway. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. Felt like a $1000 stay for only $500!

No one at the entrance, so if you arrive late, you have to call them yourself to communicate! Such a hassle! The streets of Athens are incredibly dirty, feels like Africa! It annoyed me so much that I bought a plane ticket and left first thing the next morning!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, only a short 200-300 meter walk from the subway station. We had a fantastic two-story room. Downstairs, there was a living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and two balconies. Upstairs, you'd find another bedroom with its own bathroom and a balcony. This layout was truly amazing!

Spacious, clean and modern apartments located just few mins from the metro station. Great value for money. Plenty shops and restaurants around.

Pros: The room was spacious and well-equipped. Cons: The location is a bit out of the way, making it inconvenient if you have large luggage. The bedsheets weren't clean, with a lot of hair and dust. Additionally, the air conditioning unit looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. However, after we reported these issues the following day, they were addressed promptly.

The room was incredibly spacious, which we were absolutely thrilled with. It was also spotlessly clean, truly living up to four-star hotel standards. The transport links were quite good; it's only about a 7-minute walk to the subway station entrance. With the subway so accessible, being a little further from the main attractions wasn't an issue at all. I've included a photo of the street below. The neighborhood felt like a typical local residential area.

Very good accommodation. This time with a jacuzzi. It was a very nice stay.
