Great. Just parking lot is confusing.

Clean and accessible to shoppers ! Just the restaurant closed early .

Very average and dated. Toiletries in the bathroom were not replaced initially. Pros: super close to train station and shopping.

The front desk is super helpful! Very friendly! The room is very cozy, spacious, and modern. I would like to give a 10 out of 10 for this property!

Where do I start. Check out girl was rude. Immediately told me what time check out was. What happened to the time breakfast starts? The room was another level dirty. Hair on the lampshade, dust on the tray by the ice, dirty tub, wallpaper peeling, and to on top of all that mold!!! Would not recommend. Also, no valet. You have to self park and walk through the convention center. They need to close.

The staff was very pleasant and my room was very clean

It was a nice stay. Overall good experience and would recommend it. Its an old hotel but you won’t have any problems. Hotel is located near the shopping outlets and restaurants.

My stay was awesome for my first time there. Definitely would stay there again.

There wasn't even a place to park. I was charged $35 to park in a public parking lot far away. It's unreasonable. The whole city is very depressed and empty and abandoned everywhere.
