It is not clean, I see some one smoking inside the room. Not cigarettes! I saw some roaches on the kitchen self The tub and the sink are not clean Bed is itching a lot

My stay here was great. Lin Lin and the other Extended America crew treated me like a cousin. Made me feel at home. The crew personalities was wonderful, no side-eyes at all. The price on the room was on point. Any issues, which were minor, were addressed. If you looking for a high-end place, with the high-end amenities, this is not the place. This place is laid back and decent enough to lay my head. I will be back real soon. I hope everyone else's stay was as decent as mine

This hotel room was the dirtiest room I’ve ever been in. The floors were so disgusting. I wiped up a few drips of water off the kitchen floor and the tissue was BLACK with dirt. I don’t even want to think about how bad the carpet was, it was horribly stained. The cupboard doors all had filth around the handles, the bathroom had something smeared all over the walls around the toilet! The pillows inside the cases were disgusting, with filthy stains all over them. Ironing board was dirty and ripped. I could go on. The staff was nice, but they really need to shut this place down.

The employees were very nice but the rooms were not that great. No towel hooks near the sink vanity, water seeping through the bathroom floor, couldn't use a pull-out bed when pulling it out it was very dirty looked like feces all over it, the doors to the bedroom could not be opened or closed notice that the screws in the hinges were missing which made the door malfunction which is just a regular maintenance thing. Had to move to another room because of somebody above us stomping around all night 2:00 a.m. in the morning I complained but nothing was done until I requested to be moved. I definitely will never stop and stay in an Extended Stay anymore!

This place is very dirty. Garbage in room never emptied from previous guests. We left as well as parties with us. Another visitor there was leaving because of roaches and in few hours that we were there, a lady was complaining because a rat's foot was coming out of shower wall while she was showering. Worst place we have ever stayed and would never give this establishment or any of the extended stays another chance. Found out that this place is used to house people thru govt. funding. They should tell you this prior to booking. If clean and comfort is what you are looking for, this is definitely NOT the place!

This hotel has ROACHES! Will not be booking here ever again. Did not pay money for me and my teen daughters to have a weekend sleepover with ROACHES! Disgusted and very disappointed. Management needs to do better!

Water pressure good hot water..room ok after I lysoled and air freshner in room sprayed hall musty smell..no room service while there not even cllean towels had to ask. Sack breakfast not what was advertised take what you get a muffin,apple,granola bar and water. Very sad will not stay again!

I booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. When I got there they put me in a room with one bed and a sofa bed. When I asked for a room with 2 beds, I was told there were none to be had. I’m not overly critical about hotels but I should get what I paid extra $ for.
