Best location with lots of shopping area and Pubs

This was very funny ,the clear room leave 2 botter clear water in my toilet for 2 days,when ask send 2 botter water I was wait one day ,and some body say I need go out yo get water for outside ,this was not good services,and morning time for breakfast and staff don’t know the time was 6:30 star ,I was go on 6:00 morning ,because I have the logo tour ,this make me feel is not very good experience,for very good hotel and bad service!

Wow, this is 5 stars. Even during my stay, they checked me out due to their own mistake and took all my luggage out. I don't know why, and the cleaning condition is not worth mentioning. Worst of the worst.

The hygiene of the hotel is worrying, families with children should choose carefully! My daughter had allergic rashes all over her body on the first night. She didn't sleep well all night and kept waking up from the itch. We thought she was not used to the new environment, so we didn't report the problem to the hotel. The next day, she went out during the day and everything was fine. When she returned to the hotel at night, she started to have rashes again. I went to the front desk to report that my daughter had allergies for two consecutive nights after checking in at the hotel. The hotel asked a lot of inexplicable questions, asking if we had been to the beach, obviously trying to shirk responsibility, and then said that they didn't have allergy medicine, and there was no 24-hour pharmacy during Christmas. If necessary, they could help us call an ambulance. I asked to check out and prepare to move to another hotel. I really couldn't bear that my daughter couldn't sleep for another night. The hotel disagreed and asked me to contact Ctrip. I knew that this kind of rhetoric was just shirking responsibility, so I asked to move to another room. As a result, the situation became worse after the room change. My daughter started to have a rash all over her body. She couldn't stop scratching because of the itch. So we had to go to the children's emergency room at 3 am on Christmas morning. It cost a huge amount of NZ$600, and we didn't return to the hotel until 6 am. The room is in a great location in the business center, close to the pier and surrounded by shopping malls. I would like to mention the most satisfying breakfast. Everything on the semi-buffet breakfast menu is super delicious. One morning, because I went out early, the hotel prepared a breakfast box, which was also very thoughtful.
