Overall are very good location for holiday stays. Stayed for 2 nights and it was great. Nice clean room, nice location not in the noisy city centre but not far from CBD. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would prefer higher floor level for better harbour view.

Upper room and the view with sky tower, it's wonderful.
Room is clean and tidy as welll as big.The hotel is near downtown.

We have book total 6 nights. 10 mins walk to Queens street , and many restaurant within walking distance. Very friendly staffs , the last 2 nights was upgrades to suite. Thank you for your excellent service

10mins walk to Auckland CBD but no view from the room. And no hotel services such as gym or others, more of a service apartment

I’ve awarded this hotel high marks on the basis of the type of hotel that it is ie room only. You won’t find a restaurant or gym but you do get a well equipped, comfortable, modern, tastefully decorated room, a nice lobby and friendly staff. It’s also in a great location, very close to Spark Arena, Britomart and the waterfront. I’d book again.
