Great
AAltárielThe hotel is very conveniently located on the main street. It was a little noisy at night during the theater festival, but it was basically quiet after 11 p.m. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. I was very satisfied with the hotel service, including handwritten cards and small gifts. The room was also very clean and exquisite. The breakfast was very rich, especially the variety of juices, and the quality of the breakfast was very high. I was very surprised by the hotel.
DdhackersWe stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just outside the city wall, and within walking distance of the Papal Palace and the Broken Bridge. There is a paid underground parking lot with easy access, suitable for self-driving. The room facilities and breakfast are quite satisfactory, typical of Novotel.
AAnonymous UserThe room is really small, with two twin beds pushed together. There are basically no facilities in the room, but it is worth the cheap price. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station in the city center. You can walk to the attractions in the old city by crossing the road. The lady at the front desk is very helpful. The breakfast is simple, but it is okay. In addition, the entrance to the hotel's parking lot is difficult to find. I couldn't find it after walking around for a few times, and finally gave up struggling. Later I heard that the entrance is behind the building next to it.
PPaopaopengpengThe location is quiet and it is very convenient to visit the ancient city. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.
GGuest UserHotel on the central street, walking from the station, 5 minutes to it on foot. The room has a teapot, tea, coffee, cream. No refrigerator and safe. In the room, the closet is short, i.e. long things are not hanged. The trousers were hanging on the hanger and on the door of the closet. No elevator is important. Breakfast didn't take. The hotel is happy.
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, although there were 8 people, but the space was relatively large. The train station came to 9-10 minutes, in the old city. It is on the road, the sound insulation is not good, and the cleaning vehicles on the road start at 5 o'clock in the morning.
GGuest UserHotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.
SShérineReservation : top ☑️
Home: serviceable and laughing, thanks ☑️
Room: Equipped and clean ☑️ Damage for sounds from other rooms ...
Breakfast: growing, bread, coffee, juice, ... Top ☑️
Small but sweet ☺️ Very convenient for a night.
We will return ☺️
NNadezdaWe used this hotel as a stopover on our way to the south. It generally met our expectations - clean, basic, and a bit worn out. For a solo traveler/ woman may be a bit scary because the location is isolated. Automatic check-in may be tricky (made it from the 3 attempt).
