It was a fantastic stay in this hotel. We had an enjoyable staycation here with amazing view, pool, great room, very friendly staff and superb hospitality. The location of this hotel is superb. We will definitely repeat staying here when we visit Malacca.

We have always been a supporter of Marriott group of hotels. So when we got to know if this new Courtyard hotel in Melaka, without hesitation we booked for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Hotel breakfast is sumptuous and delicious as well.

All staff are English speaking. No issue in communication. Very prompt in request and efficient. Check in is smooth and quick.
Nice and grand ambience lobby. Facilities are so new (as of 2024), and very chillax place at level 8.
Room is spacious and super love it’s high ceiling concept. Rarely hotel has such high ceiling. All amenities are provided except shower cap. Very good quality toothbrush. Comfy pillow and smart tv.
Location wise has nothing much surrounding but less than 1min walk has food around. if you are driving it’s just less than 5 min from jonker street.

Booked two rooms for family trip.
However,one of them wasn’t cleaned and there’re ants in the other room. Overall, it’s not a good choice for those concerned about cleanliness.

Room cleanliness need to be improved ⚠️
Room floor not proper clean, very dusty floor. Face Towels found stains and room toiletries set up not complete.
Breakfast nothing impress for 5 star standard 😑
