What a fantastic hotel!? We loved everything about this hotel! The room was well situated with a view over the extensive pool and ocean in the distance. It was well furnished, clean and in great condition along with the bathroom, beautiful! Bathrobes and slippers supplied, which is always nice. Big fluffy towels supplied every day. Plenty of choice at breakfast, lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, breads, hot cooked choices, juices, every brand of tea you could ask for and lovely coffee - staff keep on top of clearing tables whilst extending friendly exchanges with clients - lovely atmosphere and very welcoming. The pool area is great with lots of space, multiple access points into the pool, swim up pool bar, extremely clean and well kept. The outside bar in the day was fabulous! offering great food choices and all types of drinks, the area was clean, again, with a very happy atmosphere, staff are outstanding! Every day the GM would stop for a chat with us, such a pleasant lovely gentlemen, the reason why (I believe the staff at this hotel are so happy and focused)! he runs a great ship! We mentioned that our bed was a little hard (that was all we could mention which was a small negative)! That night a topper mattress was delivered to the room, what fantastic service! We would 100% return to this hotel - thank you Faros Hotel
