What an amazing stay at the Napa Plaza! Everything was just so wonderful! The Rooms were clean and spacious with the MOST comfortable bed, for a perfect night's sleep. The aesthetics of the hotel were stunning and the breakfast was exceptional and this is coming from a very fussy vegetarian, I was so pleasantly surprised to see not just 1 but 3 types of alternative milk not to mention the endless selection of delicious food. The hotels Pepper Lounge Bar was outstanding from the cocktails to the delicious food - a must try!!! But the most memorable for me was Andreas and Mami who went out of their way to make us feel so welcomed and could not do enough to help us and ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. Thank you both, I hope to see you again some day!

Amazing hotel, excellent staff and food. Andry the hotel manager was very accommodating. All reception, bar and waiting staff and helpful, polite and friendly who provide a excelleny service. They work extremely hard and made our experience amazing. Food is excellent, the only negative is that if you are all inclusive the drinks are free until 11pm in all la carte restaurants but only if you have made a reservation for food. We would happily return to napa plaza. Excellent hotel and staff.

We stayed here on an all inclusive basis in April 24 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located right on the mean street but once you are inside you are isolated from all that in a little oasis of calm! The staff are superb, with every one of them genuinely seeming to be pleased to look after you. Kudos especially to Ozan who often served us breakfast,lunch, dinner and drinks! The food at the all inclusive buffet is very good, but the real plus is that you get to dine 3 times per week in one of the a la cart restaurants also owned by the hotel. These were absolutely fantastic. The pool is great with lots of sun beds and the pool bar area is fantastic. Really can't speak highly enough of this place.

I had a great time at Napa Plaza. Originally i had only planned to stay 2 nights, but extended it to 5. Room 147 was nice and quiet, in the back of the hotel, away from the bars and main street. The air conditioning worked well, and i had a good sleep. Both the breakfasts and dinners were unbelievably good--gourmet quality and affordable. Special thanks to the concierge (Zorbas?) for giving me good suggestions on what to see in Ayia Napa. Will be back hopefully in summer.

When in nappa this is the hotel to use , in central everything is close and within walking distance Reception staff are so friendly and always on hand to help and with a welcoming smile Rooms are lovely clean and comfortable . Food and drinks and a pool bar with service ...don't need to get off your sunbed lol Great location surprisingly not loud for where it is , and we've been mid summer .

My friend and I had a very pleasant weekend stay at Napa Plaza Hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful and the room was pleasant, with a spectacular view of the swimming pool. The breakfast was extremely varied and excellent and the breakfast area was great. A very big thank you to the Spa staff and especially to Irena for a skillful and soothing back massage!

STUNNING hotel, the service is amazing, thank you to Andreas for being the best porter and Mami at the front desk you were just wonderful and really made our stay so great. The beds are probably the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, the hotel is spotless, the breakfast has an excellent selection and the gym facilites were brilliant. Honestly had such a stunning time here - thank you so much
