Big shout out to all the wonderful staff who couldn't have been nicer and made our week break in the lovely October sunshine one to remember for years to come. We will definitely return to this hotel for years to come. Big thank you to Alex - Bambos - Tasos - Ali - Tanya who manage breakfast, lunch, dinner daily as well as creating the lovely cocktails and the personal bar service each day. We had a fabulous holiday here, the staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Danielle, Georgi, Costas, Nick, Liza too many to mention, cleaners were fab, room cleaned and clean towels every day, room was huge and view was amazing. Food fantastic always something different every day, cocktails amazing even the wine tasted like wine! Would highly recommend for couples/ adults, pool too small for families unfortunately, otherwise just all brilliant! Beautiful sandy beach ten minute walk away. Thankyou for making our stay so wonderful!

Fantastic freindy destination for a good holiday made to feel welcome by the,bar staff Tommy top lad, always greeting you by name.which must have been difficult for him, good few sue& Paul's food absolutely delicious full English breakfast and smashing Cyprus chips,👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺 Cyprus 🍺🍺🍺 well worth the price refreshing.family owners who go out of the way to, make the experience of the nappa prince,a holiday never to forget very friendly staff domestics , reception helping you to sort out any problems,in my opinion you will never be getting.pool towels supplied snacks just ask, with the keen staff, stayed out late one night and missed our breakfast, got offered a cheese toastie,that's how kind the Nappa prince is, very happy quest's who returned year, after...who mix and are very happy to see everyone new and old,,,our apartment room 101 b,,, block, overlooking the gardens...sue is on her way to hays travel and booking,,a 3week stay for next year, only a 40 minute slow stroll to the square,if you wanna be a party animal 💫🙈🙉🙊🍺🍺👍👍 prince as a good selection of people who are thier to enjoy the holiday , highly recommend the nappa, prince thats why we can't wait to get back

Modern and well maintained apartahotel, in a strategic position to visit Agia Napa. Big and with everything you need. I didn't try the restaurant but it had a large selection. The only downside was that the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I would go back without a doubt.

We came with 31 , 15yo kids for a football tournament and we stayed for 5 days. I have never seen so friendly, kind and caring staff as in this hotel. Marios had a special eye for detail and was caring for all our group as family. Special shout out to Marios the maître d'hôtel that came to even cheer our team on the final. Food selection from breakfast to dinner was amazing, healthy and tasty. Chefs, waiters and waitresses super nice. Room service was also so nice and fast and good. Extra nice details like animal shape towels after cleaning 😊 Pool facilities clean and safe and good. Music and a**osphere was spot on, bar service and the plus side to have a bakery/shop just accessible from the hotel side open till really late (with discount for hotel guest) and with all the things you would need. The hotel location is very good also, walking distance to almost everywhere (shops and beach) and spa, gym, and meeting rooms available. I would recommend anyone that is visiting Ayia Napa to stay here 100%

Another fantastic stay at the Nestor. This is our 3rd time here and it never disappoints. The staff all work really hard to make sure you have a good stay. The hotel is spotless in all areas . In a great location near to the harbour, shops and restaurants. Billy and Irinia have improved the entertainment and there is always something to do if you want to or just relax by the lovely large pool with Jacuzzis. The food is great and the bar prices very reasonable. There is just something about this hotel that keeps you coming back.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for a last minute week in the sun. We booked all inclusive. We flew back last week (21 Oct). The reception staff were helpful and we were swiftly checked in. The room was clean, although the kids had to sleep on fold out chair beds. Not ideal. My husband and I had 2 single beds. I like a hard bed so this was fine for me. the maids were great, and the towels were changed, beds made every day. The pool is very basic, with only a handful of beds. The beds were really comfy padded sun bathing beds. If you could get one. Lilos and balls seemed to be allowed in the pool. Breakfast is served in the hotel bar (which is actually not a hotel bar. Its a bar open to the public called the Crown, which hotel guests are allowed to use). Breakfast wasn't great. Lots of choice for fruit, pastries, hot cooked, cereal etc. but the quality was bad. So much so that I only had breakfast twice our entire stay. Rubbery bacon, funny tasting eggs, and watery orange juice. We are told that snacks are served in the bar (the Crown) for AI guests. Whilst this is correct, the snacks offered are not the same quality or standard of food that paying guests receive from the same kitchen. We ordered ”snacks” one day instead of getting up for the breakfast. Burgers, spag bol, cheese toastie, pizza and chips. It was crap- completely opposite to what the paying customers got. Keep in mind that as an AI customer, we had already paid upfront for our food and drinks. The owner of the Crown would do good to keep this in mind. His staff were rude to us. Not to actual paying customers, just AI customers. We had to go to the bar, (no big issue) but had to wait longer than the paying customers. We were only served in small plastic glasses, even when drinking on an evening in the bar. For proper lunch and dinner you have to walk to the Nelia Beach hotel (which is actually a 4 star and much better hotel). Its less than 5 mins away and the food was actually decent for an AI. Mexican night was lovely in particular. Kids were happy as there was pizza, chips, nuggets, fish fingers. The salad bar is very good and there was different food every day on the hot counter. Very clean and the waiting staff were lovely. We hardly had breakfast, or snacks, and ate out at least 4 (lunch and dinner) times over the week. So I would not recommend this hotel on an All inclusive basis. The Crown don't deserve the custom. I would recommend on a self catering basis. Although our room had no kitchen facilities as we were AI. the location is fantastic. 5 mins to the beach (behind the Beach Hotel) and 5 mins to the *****/square where luckily there was a McDs, KFC, hard rock cafe and lots of little bars and shops. We all agreed we would return to Ayia Napa but next time if we were AI we would not be staying here.

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. We stayed here from 13th July for 4 nights and the only thing we can fault is the room not being cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and modern, we requested a pool view on booking and got one. The only negative thing we have to say is that the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there but when we asked for fresh towels and bin bags there was no issue in getting them. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced and the portion sizes are big. The area that the hotel is in is a quiet area about 4 minute walk to Ayia Napa square which we found nice as you weren’t amongst the hustle and bustle constantly. The bar and housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating.

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁
