Amanti, MadeForTwo Hotels - Ayia Napa

Ayia Napa|0.62km from Ayia Napa Square
My wife and I stayed at Amanti during mid october to celebrate our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The staff promptly welcomed us on arrival and from airport pickup to room check in the process was seamless. Delicious welcome drinks were provided while we waited which is always a nice touch. The reception discussed our half board plan and we were given our room information. It was late at night on our arrival and we had missed dinner so we were given a voucher for a meal credit. We were not given a tour of the property, although this was most likely because it was after 10pm and dark so no complaints there. Upon arrival to our room we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP ******* upgrade that gave us an ocean view. We were also left a lovely surprise of love dove shaped towels, rose petals, champagne, heart shaped dessert, and a card for our honeymoon. A warm touch that made us feel extra special. Since we also missed dinner, we were given two plates of lovely little sandwiches. Throughout our stay we visited all of the restaurants-- the main buffet, and the 3 themed restaurants which are serviced with a Michelin star chef. The atmosphere of each restaurant is very romantic and chic. The food at each restaurant, yes even the buffet, was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Creative, tasty, and high quality with stunning presentations. The pool area is large, clean, and has full service with the option of a little service button which we thought was very handy, great idea. The sun beds are of your choosing on the first day and then reserved for you for the rest of your stay, another clever idea. The surrounding location of the hotel is safe and walkable, good for families, couples, and solo travelers. There is convenient access to multiple shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and only 7 minutes to the beach. The highlight of this hotel however, is the service. The service is absolutely 5 star service. We felt exceptionally welcomed and taken care of at each meal. The dining staff, hostesses, chefs, the guest services, the gentleman at the pool, all take their jobs with the utmost honor and do a wonderful job ensuring the perfect stay for the guests. Our only complaint, and it is a mild complaint, I really would only remove half a star for this.. Is that with half board, you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner as your second meal. However-- if you choose lunch, you can only go to the buffet as the other restaurants are not open. You cannot choose to have lunch or drinks by the pool. That is a separate charge, not included as an option in half board and it is quite expensive. Since this is a tropical beach vacation spot, most people want to relax and have lunch and drinks by the pool. This should be an option for half board, if we wanted to have lunch, we would have to get dressed and leave the pool to go upstairs and eat during prime pool hours (12:30-2:30) when the buffet is open. I'm not sure if this is an o

We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! There are also pool areas if you are someone who does not care for the sand. On arrival the friendly beach boys will find you a sunbed th

I must start by saying I'm a Independant Travel agent so giving a open a honest review is essential, and I can not praise the Napa plaza hotel and staff enough we stayed in a junior suite room which wonderfully spacious had a great spa bath which was spacious enough for 2 , the beds were very conformable along with lovely bedding , the chocolate dipped strawberries we had in our room were divine ! We had a wonderful terrace space which caught the sunshine wonderfully if you don't fancy being by the pool , but I can't forsee that for the pool is beautiful and has plenty of sunbeds all around located right next to a very relaxing chilled vibing bar we a various of seating including cure little egg chairs , the cocktails and drinks very lovely all premium brands nothing was ever to much trouble at the bar very accommodating to my partners request of a takeaway Irish coffee each evening which was divine, the buffet on the all inclusive was very asceticly pleasing and just as fresh and delicious to taste with a good range of choices, some extra fresh fruit possibly melon /grapes would really complete the fruit bar , they had a lovely little cheeseboard section aswell and bubby wine to use as you like throughout all dining seatings, all salad was crisp and fresh and the bonus of being able to eat in the other restaurants attached to the hotel also makes a lovely change and gives you that change of scenery nothing but high praise for all the restaurants , The spa and gym areas were lovely and clean and had plenty on offer a must do is the massage at the spa so extremely relaxing and therapeutic, the whole hotel was just outstanding in such a perfect location right in the centre of everything yet it's hidden away and you wouldn't notice it was even there as a hotel and although it's right by bar street and the main square noise was never a issue for us . The lovely robes were welcomed in the room aswell , but the thing that really does make this hotel stand out is how welcoming ,friendly and accommodating all the staff at Napa plaza are the lovely porter guy with a great sense of humour had me laughing daily and Andry was so very very helpful and knowledgeable it was such a pleasure meeting everyone , we can't wait for a return stay here later in the year highly recommend the all inclusive package aswell as drinks and food were FANTASTIC! , as a couple that stays in napa 8-10 times a year I can honestly say this has been bar far the best accommodation we have stayed due to location , food ,drinks ,staff the whole hotel was just wonderful..
