The hotel is located in the old part of Ayvalik, about 10 minutes from the sea. We couldn't get there with our minibus but Aydın, the manager, contacted our driver and he was able to pick up us and our luggage. We have been and have fun for two nights. The rooms are very simple, but breakfast is fantastic, there is sweet and salty with fruit, yoghurt, eggs and more and served in a nice garden. Aydin speaks a perfect Englishman, he is very kind and a good organizer, suggesting restaurants, beaches, a beautiful sunset view and booking a boat trip, careful in every detail. Thanks to Aydin and staff for your hospitality!

The facilities are old, but very clean, as if they have been carefully maintained. It is on the beach, so the view from the window is the best. Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had in Turkey. Staff are friendly

We stayed one night at the Bacacan. The pictures online only show one wing of the hotel which overlooks the water. But in fact there is a second wing (at 90 degrees to the sea view wing) that overlooks the busy main road through Ayvalik. Fortunately I booked a sea view room which was lovely as we could open the windows and look straight out to sea. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Valet parking onsite/next door is available. The hotel has no grounds or garden and is located literally on the side of the main road as it used to be a soap factory. But eating breakfast outside at the back was pleasant.

You don't feel like the hotel, you feel like the house of your aunt Zehra. The hotel was built in 1880 and is also the aunt Hasan, whose aunt Zehra is a real business, and the grandmother of Uncle Mehmet. Their childhood passed in the house where we hosted the hotel. 1-) Location : The hotel is in the garden of the Rahmi Koç Museum and one of the intersection streets in the centre. Because of the narrow streets and the visitors of the museum, you may not park on the street. But 25-30 metres away there is a parking. You can walk down to Cunda's centre after parking your vehicle. 2-)Design: The hotel has a structure that will lead you to the past. 3-)Rooms: The room was quite clean. The towels we used were clearly new to wash, my nephreema, etc. The room was also available for you, such as TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, hair dryer. There were also an antiquity towel, bergers, clothing box, etc. I don't know whether every room has it. 4-) Breakfast: Breakfast was not open but it was enough. Observation, cooking and omelet were served with breakfast table. 5-) Staff: At first you feel like a guest, not a client of the hotel. There are only enough people who work because it is a family business. Hasan's brother and Uncle Mehmet were concerned. Gamze lady served our breakfast. We felt like we were going to our neighbor's breakfast.

This gem is an incredibly beautiful oasis. The gardens are beautifully green and well kept. The attention to detail in this hotel is FLAWLESS. The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast more than I could imagine eating and absolutely delicious(!!!), the entire property is beautifully clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and they even provide a guide in english of things to do locally!! Definitely can recommend here!

We stayed 3 nights with my wife. Generally we were happy. I thought the pool would be small but *** meat was fun. There may be little *** meat shortages but we haven't met anything negative in the general sense. Personnel *** meat was concerned and ridiculous. We preferred Badavu and the almond beaches as the sea because the side of the Cunda was windy.

The hotel staff and owner are very interested and helpful. We were 2 times renovated in the 3rd floor, but we didn't regret. There are very large rooms with a nice air conditioning and mini-fridge, their beds are comfortable. They also succeed in cleaning and cleaning, which is important in the Covid period. There is a beach of your own at 5 minutes walking distance. The lift is available. The garlic is at the centre walking distance and there are a101, bim and 2 shock stores within 100 metres. No car park problem
