This was one of the worst places I have stayed in a long while. If you are a business traveler you will be disappointed. No where to productively work in the space you rent or in the so-called business area (which is like cafeteria table and chairs). There is no real desk or chairs for working. In addition, although close to center city, I did not like the East Falls area, it did not feel safe. The apartment itself is cheap, has extremely cheap furniture (there was no place to sit as the furniture is not nice and not functional). The place has extremely poor lightening so again not a good place if you are in the city for business and need to work from home. I got very little sleep because of constant noise. Poor shower, cheap washer/dryer, small refrigerator and extremely cheap oven/microwave combo that is so small you could not even use it to heat up anything so forget about doing any real cooking if you are there long term. If I was not there for work, I would have left early. The air would cut off during the evening and the place would get very hot. The place was also dirty when I checked in and although I had weekly housekeeping, they did not really clean thoroughly. On the surface things looked OK but when I dropped something on the floor next to the dresser after their visit it was covered in dirt and dust and I had to throw away. The bedroom is really small and there is very little space for your clothes if you stay long term. As well as overhead lighting in the bedroom or Livingroom. In addition, someone always left garbage out in the trash room instead of using the trash-chute which was annoying. Also, you could hear people in the hallways and above you as well as traffic noise. The one silver lining was the onsite staff who initially tried to help with some things but it was just a poorly built place, not well-maintained and just not a good place overall for business travelers. I would not stay again, it was a miserable stay, so glad I got through it.
