We couldn’t see any stars through the window. The check in Was slow and inefficient. Only one staff serving the whole group check in While we were not handled separately as a private family guest. The description on trip.com was wrong too. There is no bike rental and the gym room is not good. Only 3 machines and two of them were not working.
