I stayed at this homestay in Kanas New Village for my trip, and honestly, the experience far exceeded all my expectations, a huge shoutout to Charlie on the staff—he was absolutely amazing. He reached out to me proactively even before I arrived. Once we checked in, he patiently answered every single question we had, and helped us map out a full itinerary for all the surrounding attractions, which saved us so much hassle,the rooms were spotlessly clean with all essential amenities provided; they even had a washing machine available for guests. We could hang our laundry right outside our door after showering, which was incredibly convenient. Charlie also sent us a thoughtful message in the evening reminding us to wrap up warm—little touches like this really make all the difference. He even brought us fresh watermelon and bread during our stay. Coming back from a day of sightseeing to these small treats instantly lifted our moods. Kanas is breathtaking everywhere you wander, but having such a comfortable place to rest paired with such thoughtful, attentive staff truly elevated the whole trip. This time, the experience of Chongyeji. Yuyu B&B in Kanas was perfect, completely satisfying all my illusions of ”living in the scenery”. What is even more rare is that it is very close to the core scenic spot Kanas Lake, and it can be reached by walking or short drive to the lake, saving the fatigue of the long journey. The architectural style of the homestay is very distinctive. It adopts a classic log structure design, which is perfectly integrated with the surrounding pine forests and the distant mountains. The wooden terrace and plank road design outside the room not only connects the huts, but also cleverly retains the natural vegetation on the ground. It is like walking in a forest oxygen bar.

This was the most comfortable inn I stayed in during my recent trip. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space and layout were great, and there was a washing machine with dryer. The hostess and owner were so welcoming, they even went out to meet us and helped with our luggage. As soon as we arrived at the cabin, we saw a rainbow. The hostess said it was a double rainbow, and they upgraded my room. Thank you. The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely stay at your place next winter.

I visited in late September, which is considered peak tourist season. The hotel is located outside Hemu Village, on the easternmost side of the ski resort (Jikepulin Ski Resort is huge, and as a fellow skier, it exceeded my expectations). It's about a 5-10 minute drive from the Hemu Tourist Center. Currently, there are no taxis available, but our package included one shuttle service. If you have your own car, it's quite convenient. The room facilities and the views are both excellent. It's a standard ski resort hotel setup, quite spacious, and the facilities are relatively new. I specifically went to compare the lobbies of Hilton and Conrad, and honestly, I feel that Holiday Inn has more of a resort vibe. The other two felt a bit too conventional, at least based on the lobby and exterior appearance, and I didn't see why they should be 30% more expensive. The breakfast was quite plentiful and good. For the dinner set, we chose the grilled fish, which was… incredibly tough. My elderly mother took one bite and couldn't eat it. However, the side dishes were all great. The spicy numbing chicken and the peanut/edamame combo were perfect with drinks. You can tell the staff are all working very hard. The table next to us seemed to have their birthday cake delivered very, very late, and the grilled skewers ordered by the gentleman at the table next to them seemed to have been forgotten. It really felt like they were understaffed, but everyone was polite and proactive in their service.

Facilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

This B&B is one of the best in Kanas Old Village. The clerk contacted us in advance to tell us how to take the bus and pick us up at the station to provide us with travel tips. The courtyard is beautiful and very artistic. From the location of our room, we can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. , the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet towels are all provided with disposable cotton soft non-woven fabrics, clean and sanitary staff, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meals are delicious. Especially the large plate chicken is comparable to a star hotel.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant! A special thanks to Willa for her meticulous and thoughtful service – she was so gentle and patient. The room was clean and odor-free, the environment was quiet, and the location was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. My experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time.

The room is quite nice, and the location is excellent, right opposite the Jiadengyu Tourist Service Center. It's very convenient to catch a bus to the Kanas scenic area in the morning. There are also dining options inside the tourist service center, and small shops selling food and other items downstairs from the hotel. However, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback for me, though I'm not sure if it bothers other guests. We stayed on the second floor, and it was noisy if we kept the windows open. If we closed them, it got stuffy. Even though we asked the front desk for a fan, it wasn't very effective, and it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. Before leaving in the morning, I noticed two puddles on the floor in front of the wardrobe and saw water stains above both light fixtures, indicating a leak. I was in a rush to catch the bus, so I didn't take any pictures. Also, the welcome fruit that was promised when I booked the room was never delivered. All the other hotels we stayed at brought it directly to our room.

The place I stayed was incredibly close to the transportation hub, which meant I didn't have to rush while sightseeing during the day. In the evening, after watching the sunset, I could just stroll back in a few steps – so convenient! 🛏️ The room was spotless, and the bedding smelled like it had been sun-dried. It was cool in the mountains, so I slept soundly even without air conditioning. Outside the window was a small woods with a winding wooden boardwalk. A leisurely walk after dinner, with the evening breeze, was absolutely delightful. 💁 The male butler was very down-to-earth. When he helped with my luggage, he even reminded me, ”It gets a bit cool at night, so make sure to cover up.” The restaurant food tasted like home cooking, and the morning congee was thick and hearty, served with small side dishes – very comforting. During my stay here, I witnessed different sky colors every day, from clear to cloudy to a sky full of evening glow. It felt like being gently embraced by nature, truly reassuring and pleasant.
