Guest UserHighly, highly recommend! This was absolutely the best hotel we stayed at during our half-month trip in Xinjiang. It was such a cozy and comfortable retreat, and incredible value for money. The hotel has a huge courtyard with beautiful lawns and flowers, and even a lovely little calf. It's fantastic for photos! What really stood out was their tri-color cat – so gentle, friendly, and gorgeous. She's incredibly well-behaved, and just gave birth to the cutest kittens a couple of days ago. The hotel rooms are super spacious with excellent amenities, including an 'Xiao Du' smart system and a mini-fridge, making our stay very comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely stunning – highly recommend! Most importantly, the hotel hostess was truly amazing. We had booked a twin room, but she upgraded us to a triple room. Before we even arrived, she contacted us to share important tips for visiting the scenic area. She also picked us up from the station when we got off the bus. Once we were at the hotel, she brought us a ton of snacks, drinks, and a huge platter of watermelon, which was incredibly thoughtful. Friends traveling to Kanas, if you have the chance, you absolutely must stay at this hotel!

Although the hotel’s first floor is very basic with little more than the check-in counter, I really enjoy the second floor. It offers a variety of useful facilities, including clean restrooms, a laundry room, a small fitness room, comfortable seating areas and a complimentary afternoon tea service.
The room was in excellent condition, felt modern and well-maintained, and was completely free of any cigarette smell.
The only drawbacks were:
- There are not enough elevators and waiting times can be very long, especially when large tour groups are checking in and out.
- Breakfast is served in a separate building which requires taking stairs to access. The food selection was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming. Only black coffee was available, and there was often a long queue for the coffee machine.
Overall, I had a pleasure stay and particularity appreciated the facilities on the second floor and the clean, comfortable room.

elisehongIf you stay here, like me, you'll have your own blue hour at 9:56 PM, listening to music and watching the marshmallow-like clouds slowly drift and expand behind the mountains. You'll imagine your younger self tearing down this snow-capped peak in the upcoming winter season, embracing the sunset glow of Hemu.
Of course, you'll also have a cozy bedroom. As you enter, there's a mirror perfect for admiring yourself, and in the morning, a little polar bear by the window will greet you as you wake. You'll catch glimpses of light in the mirror and see the green mountains just beyond.
Most likely, you'll meet the lovely Yang Gugu, who will not only ensure your satisfaction but also chat with you about fun stories from the ski season. Perhaps you'll even run into an exotic-looking young person from here at the Jike Pu Lin Ski Resort someday.
Oh, and be sure to take the complimentary cable car ticket from the hotel! There's a swing at the 2800-meter mountain summit. Remember to make a wish at the Mani pile and the Obo adorned with colorful prayer flags.
Yes, next time we meet again, my beloved and I will sit here together, listen to a Beethoven piece, and cherish this hazy, gentle blue hour.

Xiaonan✨Just a 5-minute walk to the famous Kanas Net Red Tower Bridge and the banks of the Irtysh River. It's super convenient for watching the sunset and taking night photos in the evening. The area is very convenient, with restaurants right downstairs. The riverside night market is a 10-minute walk away, so you don't have to travel far to enjoy cold-water fish and the night views.

Facilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

This B&B is one of the best in Kanas Old Village. The clerk contacted us in advance to tell us how to take the bus and pick us up at the station to provide us with travel tips. The courtyard is beautiful and very artistic. From the location of our room, we can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. , the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet towels are all provided with disposable cotton soft non-woven fabrics, clean and sanitary staff, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meals are delicious. Especially the large plate chicken is comparable to a star hotel.

bjuscsuksjvzg_03hdghdThe front desk staff, Willa and Yiyi, provided excellent service; they were very gentle and patient. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. Sunny noticed we hadn't eaten and immediately contacted the restaurant to arrange something for us. She also helped plan my itinerary for local attractions, saving me the hassle of researching. The hotel is located inside a construction site, so the road conditions aren't great, and getting to the visitor center isn't very convenient. Also, the 'view room' doesn't really offer much of a view right now. However, I still really appreciate their service. I'll definitely be back to Altay in the winter.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it.
Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station.
Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

TuanjiThis hotel offers a very balanced overall experience, with no obvious weaknesses in any aspect. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the cleanliness is up to par. The service is appropriate and it's a great place to relax and unwind. After a day of sightseeing, you can come back to the hotel and get a good rest to recharge. The cafe's ambiance is particularly noteworthy – I really liked it!

Guest UserThe hygiene and environment are great, full marks. It's also very close to the visitor center, less than 4 kilometers away. The only downside is the lack of charging piles. Friends with charging needs should be cautious when booking (many hotels here have charging piles, which you can usually find online, but they are often reserved for guests of that specific hotel). Although there's a bus stop right next to the hotel where you can take a free shuttle to the visitor center, the services are infrequent, so self-driving is still recommended.
