An unexpectedly amazing stay! I booked two nights, and on the first night, our driver suddenly couldn't drive us. The owner, upon hearing this, was incredibly thoughtful and personally drove me to pick up my friend, who was staying at the end of the village, so we could all play with the hotel's snow tubes. He even took us to a secret spot to sled down a snowy slope and stargaze. After playing, when we got back, he specially prepared warm roasted sweet potatoes for me and even for my friends who weren't staying at the hotel! He was worried that my friend wouldn't have an easy way back to their guesthouse at night, so he even drove them there. Every day, he'd bring us tons of special snacks (even for my friends!). The guesthouse itself is newly renovated and is the first one at the new village entrance. The appliances are well-equipped (including an automatic heated toilet and a washing machine). On check-in day, the owner thoughtfully explained how everything worked. You can see beautiful sunsets right from your room, and from the courtyard, you can spot the distant Guan Yu Tai (Fish Watching Platform). On check-out day, we left too early and missed the roasted sweet potatoes the owner had specially prepared, haha. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance! I hope to see the owner's cute dog next time!

Although the hotel’s first floor is very basic with little more than the check-in counter, I really enjoy the second floor. It offers a variety of useful facilities, including clean restrooms, a laundry room, a small fitness room, comfortable seating areas and a complimentary afternoon tea service. The room was in excellent condition, felt modern and well-maintained, and was completely free of any cigarette smell. The only drawbacks were: - There are not enough elevators and waiting times can be very long, especially when large tour groups are checking in and out. - Breakfast is served in a separate building which requires taking stairs to access. The food selection was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming. Only black coffee was available, and there was often a long queue for the coffee machine. Overall, I had a pleasure stay and particularity appreciated the facilities on the second floor and the clean, comfortable room.

Facilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

This B&B is one of the best in Kanas Old Village. The clerk contacted us in advance to tell us how to take the bus and pick us up at the station to provide us with travel tips. The courtyard is beautiful and very artistic. From the location of our room, we can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. , the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet towels are all provided with disposable cotton soft non-woven fabrics, clean and sanitary staff, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meals are delicious. Especially the large plate chicken is comparable to a star hotel.

This summer, my family and I (my spouse and I with our children) stayed at the Hilton Hemu. I'd particularly like to commend the concierge, Yernar Shalihe, who provided us with incredibly warm and attentive service throughout our stay, adding many wonderful experiences to our trip to Hemu. Upon our arrival, he proactively came forward to help us with our luggage, and his attitude was both enthusiastic and humble. Considering we had children with us, he thoughtfully reminded us of important travel tips, such as the significant temperature differences between day and night in the mountains during summer and the strong UV radiation. He also recommended suitable itineraries based on Hemu's summer scenery, explaining nearby attractions and local specialties, advising on child-friendly spots, and where to find the best views. His explanations were clear and practical. He was always prompt in responding to our needs, patiently answering all our questions. His work was diligent and professional, never perfunctory. Amidst the stunning landscapes of Hemu, beyond the beautiful mountains and grasslands, this genuine service left an even deeper impression. You could feel his sincere dedication to guests, fully embodying Hilton's service standards. Many thanks to Yernar Shalihe; we will choose this hotel again on our next visit to Hemu and will recommend it to our friends and family.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

Came here with a few friends for a short hike in Hemu, and we primarily chose this hotel because we'd heard that accommodation in the village wasn't great. We knew we'd be tired after hiking, so after a lot of searching, we picked this place. The room was well-ventilated and didn't feel stuffy. The common areas were meticulously clean, making it very pleasant to sit and chat or relax. We were very satisfied with everything in the room – the toiletries, air conditioning, mattress, cleanliness, and overall comfort. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and for a hotel in a scenic area, the value for money was excellent.

This hotel is really great! 👍👍 We arrived a bit late, but the front desk lady was still super enthusiastic and helpful. She arranged a shuttle bus for us, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel's decor is very cozy, and the facilities are complete and new, they even have a gym! 💪💪 I checked out the menu, and there are many options like hot pot, BBQ, stir-fries, and they can even make birthday cakes. It's really good value for money! 👏👏👏 This time we also got a special rate, which was super affordable. We'll definitely come back next time, hoping for an even better experience!

This hotel is super convenient, just about 100 meters from the Kanas Scenic Area ticket office. Plus, there's a really spacious parking lot, which was great since we drove. We just parked our car there, woke up, had breakfast, and walked straight to the scenic area to catch the shuttle bus. Speaking of breakfast, it had a fantastic variety! The front desk staff were all lovely too. I extended my stay by an extra day, and they didn't even make me switch rooms to avoid hassle, which was much appreciated. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The area around the hotel is also great for food and drinks, with lots of restaurants and even a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea shop. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

The front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Since it was the low season, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
