I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high.

Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The decoration of the hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is not bad. The room is a bit damp but equipped with a dehumidifier.
