The check-in experience was not good. The breakfast was good, the ingredients were rich and fresh, and I also tasted the yam juice, which looked like milk. Parking was OK, and the underground garage instructions were relatively clear. The hotel is new, and the facilities are all OK. But the check-in experience was not good. First, when I entered the room, I found that the door of my room was wide open, which scared me. The front desk explained that the room inspector forgot to close the door after checking. I have never encountered such a mistake. Second, the hotel is tall and grand, but the restaurant is not open, and you have to go out to find food by yourself. There is only a small shop selling rice noodles nearby. I rushed here from Leye that day, drove 240 kilometers and visited the Little Three Gorges. I was very tired, so I had to take Didi to a fish restaurant marked on the map at the hotel front desk. When I arrived, I found that the store was dark and still selling boxed lunches. I had to change to a store I just passed by. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel after dinner, which is not far. But it is inconvenient for travelers who are very tired on the day. Along the way, I saw that there are at least more restaurants near the Berman Hotel, and I regretted choosing the wrong hotel. The most annoying thing is the laundry room. The time limit is from 8 to 10 pm. I started drying clothes at 9, which took an hour and 40 minutes. I called the front desk to ask, but they said they would only close the door but not shut down the machine. I didn't expect that when I went to pick up my clothes at 9 the next day, the staff had already taken my clothes out of the dryer, so they were scattered on the ironing table. After I put them away, I returned to the room and found that a sock was missing. I went to the laundry room and found that the dryer was already working. Oh, okay, a sock was missing for no reason. I left the hotel in a bad mood and was too lazy to waste time negotiating! I suggest that the staff should not touch the guests' clothes. If they want to take them out, at least fold them and check them!

The location of the hotel is very good. It's right on the edge of the riverside pedestrian path. It's very convenient for walking, eating and having barbecues. The lobby is very well-designed. The shortcoming is that during the National Day, the two rooms booked because of the large number of people can't see the river. They can only see the river. When I saw the wall of the building next door, I immediately felt that it didn't smell good.
I secretly went to the room next to the river and took a look. I found that I could see the river, but it was still quite different from what I expected. I hoped to experience seeing Jingde by the river but I was probably disappointed. After all, it was still a bit far away.

Take a shuttle bus at the entrance of the scenic spot to Geyas Valley to see the cave. It is very big and beautiful. The plank road has been repaired and you can take the elderly and children to walk around. It is not difficult.

When I was checking in at the front desk, I heard the front desk saying that the double bed room was fully booked and oversold by two. I highly doubt that this room with all the problems is usually not for sale to the public. It was only when it was full that we two unlucky guys got it.

The service is not professional and I feel like the staff are not well trained. When they arrived at the front desk, the two girls saw the guests arriving and were still talking among themselves.
After dinner at the hotel, we went back to our room to rest. The front desk called us and asked us to pay for the meal that night. We couldn't transfer money online and had to pay in person. But we were already lying down to rest and felt disturbed.
When we asked the front desk for the WiFi password, the front desk assured us that they gave us the wrong password. Even the workers who later came to inspect the hot water did not know the correct password. In the end, we tried it out ourselves.
Finally, the breakfast at the hotel is very simple. Dinner is even more difficult to describe. I don’t know what kind of meat the crispy chicken is. It’s very bad. The outer coat was soft and felt like it had been there for a long time. You still have to charge 78 for this...how dare you?
Bainiaoyan and Sanmenhai are indeed very beautiful and worth seeing, but the facilities are really poor and decent accommodation is hard to find.
