"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was definitely the owner; she is incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me in renting an electric scooter, which made exploring the area so much easier. The property was spotlessly clean, and the location is very convenient. There is a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, which was very handy. If you are looking for a great place to stay with top-notch service, this is it."

My stay was excellent; the bed was big and the bedding very clean. It completely surpasses any hostel I've stayed at in mainland China – truly friendly and comfortable for a solo traveler. My three days in Kinmen were so relaxing. Next time, I'll pick a sunny day to come again! And I'll definitely stay here again; this place is genuinely great!! (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵)"

"The guesthouse offers airport or pier pick-up and drop-off services. It's basically a converted house, but the rooms are nice and well-equipped, and most importantly, they're very new. The owner is very helpful and grateful for reminding us about the typhoon the next day, urging us to go to the pier early to wait in line, as the ferry was only operating two trips due to the typhoon. We arrived early and got a spot on the waiting list, thus avoiding the risk of not being able to get to Xiamen. They also held our room until check-out time so we could continue staying if we couldn't make it to Xiamen."

"Facilities: Very new in every way. The rooms are spacious. Chatting with the owner, I learned they only opened their soft opening last August, so we were one of the first new customers. Drinking water, a refrigerator, and luggage storage are available on the first floor. The rooms don't have refrigerators, and there's no elevator, but the building is quite small, with only four floors. However, the rooms are large and spacious, with a small balcony for hanging clothes, though you'll need to bring your own hangers. Cleanliness: Very clean, and disposable toothbrushes and towels are provided. The owners are a young couple, incredibly kind. They're always helpful with any questions, including when I wanted to watch ********* TV and didn't know how to use it. The location, let me tell you, is incredibly convenient. It's right at a fork in the road. To the right is a 7-11, and straight ahead is a TP-Mart. There's also a FamilyMart less than 100 meters from the exit. There's a gym diagonally across the street, and a pork chop rice restaurant at the intersection. Electric scooters can be parked downstairs. Mofan Street and Jincheng Station are within a 10-minute walk. There's also a barbecue restaurant nearby that's open until midnight. Cycling is even faster. In short, it is very close to the most lively places and convenient to the convenience store. The boss is very enthusiastic and nice. The environment is clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time."

Very exquisite and warm homestay ～ The beautiful environment makes people feel happy. The service is also quite intimate. The plants in the homestay are carefully designed and planted by the boss himself. The breakfast provided is also quite exquisite and rich in local characteristics. A wonderful stay experience! I hope Chen Jiayuan will get better and better. I will choose to live here when I have the opportunity to go to Jinmen again! 🫰

I really loved the old-world charm of the 88 Gu Yi Gu Zuo B&B. ❤️ The environment was clean and tidy, and the room was comfortable and unique, really giving a feel for Kinmen's traditional Fujian-style architecture. The proprietress was kind and welcoming, always happy to help with anything, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kinmen who wants to experience the beauty of its traditional houses. The 88 Gu Yi Gu Zuo B&B is truly worth a stay! They are a chain with 9 different themed guesthouses in Kinmen, so I'll definitely be back to try another one next time.

We are traveling in the graduation season. The boss is very good. The package pick-up and drop-off. We just arrived at the door and the car came. The location of the hotel is also good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel also has a car rental service. We did not book a car rental in advance, but the boss also helped to contact after the day arrived. Let's rent an electric car. Free water, toast and coffee in the common areas, cream balls and jams, refrigerators are available. The first time I came to Golden Gate, I was very unfortunate to encounter the suspension of the flight. In an emergency, I contacted the boss and there was no room, but the boss said that she still had a homestay. She came to pick us up without saying anything. She also took us to 711 to buy dinner. The next morning at five o'clock, we sent us to the pier and told us how to do it. Alternate. I wish the boss a prosperous business!

The B&B facilities are very new, the design is cozy, and the beds are large and comfortable. Since there is only one room on the first floor, it is very quiet. Breakfast is a famous food in the city, and there are different choices every day. The staff is also very nice and will help call a car to the airport. Because we had to catch the bus, they thoughtfully arranged takeout breakfast in advance. The B&B is located in Jincheng Town, only 10 minutes away from Jincheng Station. Moreover, there is a Shaobing shop next to it, and within a few minutes walk you can reach famous markets and attractions.

This trip to Xiamen was arranged via the ”Mini Three Links” from Kinmen. The Kinmen itinerary included 3 days and 2 nights, with accommodation at the Kinmen Shimei Resort. The facilities and services were excellent (a triple room had 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen). A special commendable aspect was the breakfast service; the chefs and staff provided detailed explanations on how to heat the food to enhance its flavor. It showed a genuine dedication to serving guests (this embodies the spirit of Kinmen – hospitality and treating tourists like family and friends) – truly admirable! The only drawback was the resort's remote location (far from Kinmen city, the airport, and Shuitou Wharf). Improvements in facilities and services are needed – such as free airport shuttle service and discounted taxi/motorcycle rentals. These are just my personal opinions, suggestions, and thoughts; I hope they are helpful. Finally, I wish everyone a happy, safe, and enjoyable trip!

The homestay is in a great location. It is very convenient with a 7-11, a Family Mart, and a supermarket nearby. About 10 minutes walk to the town center and bus terminal. Many restaurant choices in town. The owner of the homestay provided a free ride to the Kinmen-Xiamen ferry pier, which was wonderful as there are only taxi services available on the island. Uber does not operate in Kinmen

The room was very clean and tidy. The hygiene was excellent. The price was reasonable. It's a 10-minute drive from the city center. There's a Carrefour right next to the guesthouse, which is very convenient. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended for a trip to Kinmen. What I really want to mention is the owner's kindness. We changed our plans on the afternoon of the second day, so we couldn't book this guesthouse and booked another one. We left our luggage at the guesthouse and went out to explore during the day. We didn't return to retrieve our luggage until very late at night. When the owner heard we were coming back, he immediately came out to greet us. Since our electric scooter couldn't fit our large suitcases, and it started raining, he quickly tried to squeeze them in on his motorcycle, very kindly trying to find a solution for us. In the end, he managed to fit our suitcases in his motorcycle. He even carried our luggage in the rain to another guesthouse and then back in the rain himself. We were incredibly touched. Thank you for meeting such a kind person while traveling. 🙏 Otherwise, we wouldn't have known how to get our luggage back that night, as it's impossible to get a taxi at night. Wishing the owner great success in their business. Thank you for your help this evening; I'll definitely stay at your place again next time I'm in Kinmen. 👍

Got a free upgrade of my room. Staff is very quiet but very helpful when asked. You just need to be more proactive. Room is very big. Hotel is walking distance to shanwai bus station which is the terminal of the bus station. From there, you can take the your bus or go somewhere else. Hotel also close to few eatery. Breakfast is nice. I like the porridge. Toilet ventilation can be further improve. But since in staying alone, it's not much of a problem to me.

Nice little hotel not too far from the city and right next to the beach. The room is simple but cozy and has a balcony (that is shared with the neighbours room). The walls are very thin so you can hear everything that is happening in the hotel. Wifi wasn't reaching our room very well - not suitable for work or streaming. The owner is kind and helpful.

An extremely comfortable, albeit not luxury hotel. Extremely clean and managed by a very friendly and helpful staff. For me, it was a great place to get away from the nearby Xiamen and enjoy free internet. Maybe the choice of dining in the vicinity is not exceptional, but I managed to find a cozy noodle place, managed by some local Kinmen residents who nevertheless spoke some English. Finally, a great value for money. Highly recommended.
