The bluestone slabs on the ground have been very bright after years of walking. The town surrounded by mountains looks very quaint during the day. The lobby of the B&B is designed in a nostalgic style. It is still very beautiful to take pictures when you have nothing to do.

Since we were going back to Nantian, the hotel owner Abu had already turned on the dehumidification in the three rooms we booked in advance. The Niu Ge breakfast shop next to the hotel is really delicious. Visitors who come to stay must try the fried silkworm glutinous rice and water chestnut noodles! Overall, this is a hotel with good service and warmth. I was in a hurry this time. I arrived at night and left the next morning. I did not fully explore the beauty of the ancient town. The owner even helped us choose the best spots for our photos. The recommended breakfast shops, attractions, and activities were all fantastic! They have various room types, and apparently some even have gardens, which many passing tourists admire and come in to visit. There's a place to dry clothes. The first floor is a bit damp, so the owner thoughtfully provided dehumidifiers in each room. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

The purpose of going to Huangyao Ancient Town this time is to run a marathon. I went alone and did not have high requirements for accommodation. I found this inn from Ctrip. The reality is consistent with the description in the drawings. There is no odor in the room, the room is bright, the air conditioner is cold enough, the bathroom has balanced hot water, there are many restaurants downstairs, and it is 900 meters away from the starting point of the marathon. It is very convenient. Huangyao Ancient Town is just opposite, which is indeed very convenient. It is cost-effective and not expensive at all. I will recommend it to my friends.

The only drawback is that the quilt, sheets and pillows have a musty smell, which is probably due to the influence of the return of the south wind some time ago. The Huangyao Jiuhushan Hotel is an absolutely perfect accommodation choice for anyone visiting Huangyao! We especially loved the hotel's central courtyard – it's incredibly charming with its ancient aesthetic, flying eaves, upturned corners, red walls, and dark tiles, truly showcasing the classic Lingnan style. It was stunning at first sight. The courtyard itself is a highlight, with winding corridors, lush greenery, and beautifully arranged stone tables and stools. Strolling through it after the rain was incredibly poetic and relaxing. Our twin room was spacious and bright, the bedding was clean and soft, and the Chinese-style lattice windows brought the beautiful courtyard views right into the room. The wooden decor created a warm and comfortable atmosphere, making for an excellent stay. We'll definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Huangyao.
