"This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful."

At the same time, it is also close to the industrial area, making it the best spot to stay for people that travels for business.
Meanwhile, the nearest shopping heaven - Queensbay Mall, is only 3 kilometers away, where you can enjoy the best shopping and food experience in the Island.
"I have lived in this landlord’s other unit before and I am very satisfied. This time I chose another unit of the same landlord without hesitation. It really didn’t disappoint me. Everything was satisfactory. There are two convenience stores, several restaurants and barber shops downstairs. It is very convenient."

.J.C.It is close to the airport. That’s the only positive. Old and in need of maintenance. Air conditioning so noisy you have to turn it off to sleep. Evidence of mould in bathroom and bedroom.
