The hotel is nice and has convient store like 7e and mcd which easier for people who hungry in the middle night.The room has spectacular view facing bayan lepas city.The room is clean and comfort to stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Iconic Marjorie Hotel during my business trip. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable environment that’s perfect for both work and relaxation. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a good workspace. The location is convenient, making it easy to travel to business meetings and nearby attractions. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the overall facilities were well maintained. I would definitely recommend Iconic Marjorie Hotel to fellow business travelers looking for a comfortable, convenient, and value-for-money stay in Penang.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant, and the owner was very responsive. The view from the balcony was excellent. However, there are several issues I would like to highlight regarding my stay. Pros: There are several kopitiams nearby, and the food was quite delicious, such as Sri Nibong Cafe, Wo Lai Yeh Cafe, and Dhoby Ghaut Cafe. Cons: On the first night, I found a small cockroach hiding near the bed headboard. On the second day and again on the day of check-out, I encountered a rove beetle, which is considered a harmful insect as its toxin can cause skin irritation upon contact with human skin. I also noticed that the dustbin inside the toilet had not been fully cleared, as there was still rubbish left behind by the previous guest. Please ensure that hygiene standards and pest control measures are properly maintained for future guests. In addition, the water dispenser did not provide cold water and only had hot and warm water available, which was quite inconvenient.

Stayed for the 2nd time. Overall the location of the hotel is a strong advantage. So convenient walking distance to a variety of food options from mamak, nasi bryani, western food to pastry & coffee cafe. Basic toiletries only bottled body wash & shampoo provided. 3D2N stay but no room cleaning service provided eventho ‘please clean room’ sign was displayed. Was disappointing because our 1st stay at this hotel also no room cleaning service provided.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

Cleanliness still got room for improvement. No freeze Location well convenient for foods and goods purchased

Location nearby to Penang International AirPort. Strategic location that nearby to Bayan Lepas Industrial Park.

Convenient,clean n feel safe at home.. Good hospitality from the owner.. Few minutes to airport and 24 hours grab service

At this price point, it's fantastic value for money. I'd definitely return. Although the location is a bit far from GT, I would still consider it for future stays as it's not far from the commercial area, and transportation is decent.

The route to the hotel is a bit strange, but overall it looks good. But check the accommodation before coming.
