GGuest UserVery lovely place. Quality furnishings, thoughtful design of lights - night lights was good for the night time middle of the night toilet visot and early morning as the body awakens. Staff are attentive from the entrance to responding with pillow requests. Pool looked lovely. Bar was lively on Tues night.
Enjoyed my stay very much.

GGuest UserDon't book the 'Executive Suite' unless you're a large group. The Executive Suite has two rooms and can accommodate up to four people, but it's located in a separate, very old building. The bedding had a really strong, unpleasant odor – like curry and body odor. It was so bad, I couldn't sleep at all; it felt like crawling into someone else's dirty sheets. After insisting, the hotel moved me to a new room in the recently renovated building. The front desk staff's service was decent throughout this. Finally, in the new room, I could sleep peacefully.
Location: It's relatively remote, about a 20-30 minute taxi ride from Georgetown and the city center. The closest shopping area is Queensbay Mall, about 1.6 km away, which has plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, so that's a plus. If you have an early flight the next day, it's a good transit stop.

GGuest UserThe landlord is very nice, because it is an apartment, and the hotel is a bit different, so the landlord explained every detail and precautions in detail before we checked in, so that we could move in silkily.
Location: Not far from the airport, about 10 minutes by taxi
Room situation: very spacious, there are kitchen, washing machine, water dispenser and other facilities, very cost-effective!

PPiotr PakulaI stayed here during a business trip in Penang and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made arrival and departure really easy.
The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the large living room which was perfect for relaxing after work. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay feel very much like home. The bed deserves a special mention—it’s honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.
I really loved the place overall. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bedside or table lamp in the bedroom, as the lighting there could be a bit more cozy and practical.
Would definitely stay here again.

RRonin tanI was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city.
The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities.
The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

GGuest UserThis accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

Verdict: A great, no-frills base for exploring the city. I would stay again for the convenience and price.
