Let me start with the location. -a little bit far from the center, had to drive around 5-10 mins to reach nearest 7e. forget about the other attractions, it needs more than 30 mins from the hotel. Staff. -i dont know but i feel like not helpful enough. they could’ve done better for the so called “5 stars” hotel wannabe. Cleanliness. -well it was clean BUT! right when we entered the room we saw the notice of the charlie ants. we were so scared to touch the floor with bare foot as i lost count on how much we had seen and managed to kill the insects on our own! Buffet. -was ok, not the best. many verities to choose from. well at least they tried. Facilities. -they won this time. my only complaint was the insects on the floor and walls of the toilet.

This is a very new service apartment, spacious for my family of 4. The management of this homestay is very helpful to resolve some check in issues at security. As we booked this very last min, we were not able to get carpark in the building itself but management team gave good alternatives which is not too far off. Had a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

The room was just as pictured, clean and tidy. There are plenty of food options downstairs, all within walking distance, which was super convenient. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions. My flight was delayed from 4:15 PM to 7:40 PM, so I didn't arrive in Penang until 9 PM, but the host was still incredibly patient and guided us to the lobby to pick up the key card.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

I stayed here during a business trip in Penang and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made arrival and departure really easy. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the large living room which was perfect for relaxing after work. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay feel very much like home. The bed deserves a special mention—it’s honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I really loved the place overall. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bedside or table lamp in the bedroom, as the lighting there could be a bit more cozy and practical. Would definitely stay here again.

I really like this so much! The concept is modern and relaxed. Can enjoy the movie like at Cinema but its limited because can not connect to the Neftlix. So while bored can enjoy to play pingpong upstairs beside the bedroom.

I really like this hotel because it feels very cozy—just like being at home. During my first stay, I booked for 2 nights, and I enjoyed it so much that I came back the following month for 4 nights. Whenever I travel for work, this hotel is always my top choice to stay.

At this price point, it's fantastic value for money. I'd definitely return. Although the location is a bit far from GT, I would still consider it for future stays as it's not far from the commercial area, and transportation is decent.

The route to the hotel is a bit strange, but overall it looks good. But check the accommodation before coming.
