I had a really wonderful and joyful staycation here. The place is exactly as advertised. The place is clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The sea view from the room is beautiful and perfectly matched the relaxing ambience of the place, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient with easy access to public transportation. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach whenever needed. I would happily recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

I think this hotel stay could use a few improvements for better guest comfort. Arriving late in the evening, I was greeted and given all the necessary information. Upon reaching my room, I tried to find details about my stay, such as meal times, as I had booked a Deluxe Room with Club Access. However, there was no information in the room regarding how the club worked. So, the next evening, I went to the club at the last minute because I found out they were closing the buffet, but I could still grab something. I do appreciate the hotel's efforts to implement eco-friendly solutions. As always, the service was the best.

I enjoyed a relaxing stay in a location surrounded by nature. However, for a hotel in this price range, I usually expect two bottles of mineral water and a refrigerator in the room. Here, there was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the shower water temperature was too low, so I couldn't take a hot shower.

The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!

A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. The room is so clean. The staffs are so accommodating. They have a great food selection and I love the free breakfast!

At first, I thought it might be a bit weird, but I like how clean and clean it is, and I like it even more because my privacy is protected. And I plan to use it again next time.
