"The stay was comfortable overall and I was satisfied with most things. The room was clean and the location was convenient. The only downsides were the noisy fan and poor sound insulation, so sometimes it was easy to hear noise from outside or neighboring rooms. Aside from that, I had a good experience and I can recommend this hotel.
Komportable naman ang pananatili ko at nasiyahan ako sa karamihan ng bagay. Malinis ang kuwarto at maganda ang lokasyon. Ang tanging problema lang ay medyo maingay ang bentilador at mahina ang sound insulation kaya madaling marinig ang ingay mula sa labas o sa katabing kuwarto. Pero bukod doon, naging maganda ang experience ko at mairerekomenda ko ang hotel na ito."

SShamira0901At a very affordable rate, you get the best. It is strategically located in the business area accessible to transport and nearby business centers, food centers, etc. The room is very comfy for rest after a long travel. And what I like the most is mabango ang building. Hindi amoy bokbok. Will definitely book again in thus hotel for our next trip in Davao City.

YYkhca_TravelsWe arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for.
When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem.
Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

- the breakfast was authentic and tasty
What I did not like:
- cockroach was found in my room
- the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year
- the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here,
- it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

the food from the Breakfast Buffet really taste good. The pool is relaxing Good for the kids to Chill from the hot weather outside.
Maybe just Clean a bit the Window curtains coz it's a Bit Dusty , Overall experience is awesome.

GGuest UserGreat location over looking people’s park nice place to sit and watch the world go by subject to rain of course. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging. Rooms dated bed (2 singles room ) poor, linen clean but mattress old and sheets didn’t fit the mattress Towels threadbare shower was cold Overall not the best experience and wouldn’t stay again

NNiceymaucieWe stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra.
The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.
