Sintra Hotels with Balcony

A very lovely hotel locates nearby to most of the major attractions. Great breakfast and friendly service. The view of the room was spectacular.

The hotel is very close to the railway station, and it is easy to find it according to the navigation. The outside courtyard is beautiful, and the lobby and public areas are also beautiful. However, because it is an old house, there is no elevator, and if you live on a high floor, you have to carry your suitcase to go up. This is basically the problem in hotels where you live in old houses in Portugal. We booked a suite with a small loft and a small balcony outside the loft with a nice view. Breakfast is their own coffee shop, not with the place where they live, it is very close, less than 5 minutes. Breakfast is Western style, with bread, cheese, desserts, fruits, a cup of juice and coffee per person, which is quite hearty.

The room was spacious and clean. Slippers were also provided. The villa room is a short walk from the hotel front desk, but the staff carried it for us, which was very helpful. You can also enjoy Portuguese cuisine at the restaurant. Note that breakfast starts late, at 8:00 AM.

Dear Sir, I am checking out in your hotel on Sept 10, can you help me to ask your floor keeper to check in Rm 407 if they can find a small organizer in dark color with an ID car inside , they may check the locker , drawer and whatever place they can find in the room . Thank you in advance for your help .

Right in the center with central parking. Very nice (unheated outdoor pool) and great breakfast. Friendly staff and beautiful location. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

О, это был незабываемый опыт. Заселение в 16:00, никто не присылает код, хотя до этого мы списывались и все было ок. Спустя 30 минут молчания девушка прислала инструкцию со словами ”Я вам уже высылала. Ок, вышлю еще раз”. Оказалось, что девушка спутала нас с другим жильцом. С ним мы потом 20 минут были на связи с этой девушкой и пытались разобраться, почему мне и ему она прислала одинаковый номер комнаты и код. Разобрались и ушли на второй этаж отеля, наш номер был там. Отель еще на стадии внутренней отделки, работает строитель, вход на второй этаж с другой стороны. Номер небольшой, со скошенной крышей, мне нормально, но людям высокого роста, как мой муж, возможно, не подойдет. Санузлы отдельно от комнат, не подойдут тем, кто любит свой. Это были минусы, теперь плюсы Второй этаж - это чистый, современный, уютный отель, приятный глазу. Я ходила в большой санузел и хочу сказать, что умываться, глядя через маленькое открытое окно на горы и зелень, было неописуемо приятно! Людей в отеле было немного, было почти всегда свободно. Также на втором этаже есть терраса с видом на город, один столик и два стульчика, которые мы заняли и устроили ужин с вином. У нас был красивый вид на гору с замком Мавров, а у кафе на улицы сидела компания и парень играл и пел на гитаре, что также добавило прелести в наш вечер. А перед террасой что-то вроде кухни с микроволновой печью, чайником, диваном и столом/стульями. Внизу, где первый этаж, также есть терраса, но мы там не были, там тоже уютно. Поэтому в целом мне пребывание очень понравилось, были трудности только с заселением. Расположение идеальное, несколько минут от жд воказала Синтры. Я бы остановилась тут снова на втором этаже.

Very quite and nice place, hotel has 4-5 swimming pools and children’s playground very good for family, only the location is not in the central of sintra and difficult to find.

Very good communication and helpful staff. Reasonable price. There is a shared kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms.

Very basic room with almost no amenities. The room is very dark with only bedside lamps and a basically useless hanging lamp. The toilet door knob is broken so we couldn’t close the door. The hanging lamp was not working when we first entered the room but receptionist was very helpful to help us change the light bulb, only to realise it’s so dim so basically useless.
