We had a wonderful stay at Kupu Kupu Phangan and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and very well-maintained—ideal for relaxation and well-being.
A very special thank you goes to the fantastic team, especially Bank, AD, Micky, San, Aek, Lin, Ziny, Nonoe, and Foam. Everyone was always warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly.
We were particularly touched by the loving and patient way our son was treated. As a family, we felt welcome from the very first moment.
We would love to return and wholeheartedly recommend Kupu Kupu Phangan.

Денис и КатяWe booked the ”Honeymoon” room, which was magnificent and huge, complete with a bathtub and candles. Everything was new and modern. In a word, it was a 10 out of 10. However, like most of Phangan, there's no beach access directly from the hotel. The restaurant service was excellent, but the prices matched. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it!

PattySangWe came here based on reviews and didn't expect it to be this nice! Everything was perfect. This single accommodation has absolutely everything.
Room: The room was very clean, and the bed was so soft and comfy I barely wanted to leave it – I slept so well!
Staff: Everyone provided excellent service, always smiling and cheerful. They treated us like family or friends, recommending things without us even having to ask.
Atmosphere: The surroundings are very peaceful. There's a private beach with plenty of activities: volleyball, table tennis, snorkeling, island hopping by small boat, jumping rock, and even scuba diving lessons. Kayaking is also available. They have so many services, all in one place!
We'll definitely be back to stay again next time.
#The accommodation is in Tanote Bay, towards the end of the island, but it's absolutely the best!

VPIKOVI really liked the hotel. We rented a family apartment, unit 1. It had a living room with a bunk bed and a small kitchenette, plus one bedroom with a large bed. The staff were friendly, helped with our luggage, and let us check in earlier than scheduled. The rooms were clean, and water was replenished daily. There was air conditioning, and both hot and cold water. There was a TV, but the Wi-Fi was weak and sometimes cut out. The kitchen had a kettle, toaster, and stove.
The hotel is situated a bit further inland on the island, nestled in a small wooded area. Insects were sometimes a bother. And sometimes at night and in the mornings, there would be noise – maybe birds, or squirrels, or some other unknown creature. A cat here, after receiving affection from our family, decided it would start visiting us for food. And I must say, it was persistent; it could sit by our door for days. One morning, I saw a scene: the cat was sitting next to the lower half of a squirrel, right by our door. Not such an innocent kitty after all!
We couldn't hear any traffic.
We rode scooters to the beach; walking wasn't an option. Within walking distance, there's a 7-Eleven, scooter rentals, local eateries, and laundromats.
The pool was clean and pleasant, about 1.5 meters deep. The only thing we didn't like was the layout of the paths specifically leading to our bungalow. In my opinion, they were illogically designed; there were steps in some places where you could easily trip and fall, potentially needing help to get up if you were unlucky. My wife only ended up with scrapes on her knees. It would be more logical to have a direct path, but here you have to go around, doubling or even tripling the distance to and from the bungalow. But I guess some people might not mind it. Overall, I'd say we were happy with the place and enjoyed our stay. Thank you, I wish you good sales and satisfied guests!

Anonymous UserA wonderful beach hotel! The grounds aren't huge, but they're very green and well-maintained. The bungalows are super cozy and charming. From any bungalow, it's no more than a 1-minute walk to the beach. There's a restaurant on-site serving both European and Thai cuisine. For breakfast, I even found oatmeal with mango! The beach is beautiful and long enough for a nice stroll. The sand is incredibly soft and fine. It does get a bit shallow at low tide. There's a Seven-Eleven about a 7-minute walk from the hotel along the main road.

We had an amazing time there. I really have nothing bad to say about it.
First of all- the stuff. Always welcoming you with a smile and treating you with a personal attention. for example we told them we’re going to the beach and they offered us to borrow snorkeling masks for free. Also I got hurt in my leg and they really helped me to bandage it. The most appreciated thing is that they heard our ferry back is at noon so they offered us late check out for free!
Beside that, the room is very clean, the view to the beach from the balcony is a big wow. the coffee at breakfast is just perfect.
Thank you so much guys ♥️♥️♥️ hope to come back someday.

Stayed in a hillside suite, lovely room and fantastic views. Staff were very friendly always helping with bags and there was a buggy to take up to our room. I rented a bike so got to hotel easy if not it is a little walk to the main area. There is a free shuttle to Sairee beach which is great and also a free shuttle to pier to get a ferry when leaving.
The only negative is the pool was quite small and for the price and also would like a gym on site but of course booked knowing there wasn’t a gym so can’t be negative on that!
Overall a great stay and would recommend.
Thanks

Guest UserI would not recommend staying at Sairee Hut Resort.
The place is extremely run down. Our room had no hot water, the shower drain was clogged and overflowing, and mosquitoes filled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
However, what bothered me most was the resort’s treatment of animals. They keep wild birds confined in small cages out front, with barely any room to move, let alone fly. I’m not sure if this is cultural or meant for tourist entertainment since the birds can talk, but whatever the reason, it is cruel! Birds are meant to be free, not locked in cages for display. These birds were kept in the cages for the entire duration of our stay, and I can only imagine how long they’ve been trapped there.
Overall, this resort was disappointing, both in its facilities and ethics. I would not stay here again.

Daria ZinovevaWas something what I need, quite remotes place, but not far from everything. Very particular and special place I would say, something unusual. The hotel is not old, but I felt in the room that it’s quite old, the atmosphere) The linen had spots. The bed is big and very comfortable. Great incredible view! You can just be stuck near the window. Really spacious room. Very high, so to bring there suitcases I wouldn’t recommend, you would just suffer. There is Apichada view point, one of the best places in Phangan.

71/60大BIs a small resort hide just offside of the road.
To enter wirh your car need careful driving as it is narrow and rough.
Only few parking lot and should be enough afterall not too many drive a car in the island.
Check in/out is easy.
Speak good enough.
Room at first glance is lovely but the first night is a nightmare since a lot of mosquitoes inbthe room and I need to but a mosquito coil to kill them and also the smoke killed us too.
Aftet that, it is fine and evan though sometimes we may be bitten agian by the strong mosquitoes.
No breakfast but you can use their utensils such as kettle, hot plate, microwave to cook.
30Thb to wash and a drying rack is located at the back of the room with sufficient hanger to hang and dry your clothes.
A small swimming pool but I would dare to try.
Walking distance to the night market/food stall.
