"Location is about 1km away from the railway station. Not too far away but there's a few hotels which are nearer. Check in and out was fast. I didn't see anything written about asking for deposit on the website. It just happened that was my last 2 nights in Ratchaburi and most of my Thai baht were finishing soon. Cleanliness was good. It will be better if the room was given instant coffee. The worst I should say about the stay was the wifi. Overall for the price I paid, it was still worthwhile. Clean room and peaceful environment to rest."

"The room is clean and well-proportioned. However, the indoor parking lot is a bit small. There is a hair dryer in our room. However, we would like to have two sets of shampoo and soap if there are two people staying. The breakfast buffet is delicious Thai food. The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by hospitals, restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and sports stadiums. Overall, it is quite okay."

"I had a wonderful stay at Is Am Are Stay Boutique in Ratchaburi. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the modern amenities I needed. While the hotel is in a quiet, residential area, I found this to be a plus, as it provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and a genuinely welcoming experience in Ratchaburi."

"It is a clean hotel, the bed, sheets and blankets are very clean and white. The rooms are well-proportioned, with a good partition between the living room and the bedroom. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a refrigerator and a water heater. In the morning, there is coffee and bread."

We stayed for two days. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by fields, and there's a pool. Upon check-in, we were offered complimentary refreshing drinks, which was a nice touch. The staff were polite and helped us with everything, even carrying our suitcase up the stairs. The room was simple but had everything we needed. A few minor points: the air conditioning was quite noisy, and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so everything got wet. The kettle cord didn't reach the outlet, so we had to prop it up. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking, and the pillow was too thin.
Upon check-out, they told us to try the complimentary breakfast. We never quite understood if breakfast was included in our rate, as no one mentioned it to us, and we ordered food through Grab each morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay here.

Food at the hotel restuarant is very delicious with reasonable price. Dinner by the lake during sunset is a must do here. Breakfast is also good. We also enjoyed riding bicycle, provided by the hotel with free of charge.
