New, clean, choose to stay here because it has a smart TV, can watch YouTube, Netflix. This price in other places includes breakfast, but want to watch YouTube, so choose here. Everything is good. The only problem is that we stayed for 2 nights. At around 10 am, the housekeeper knocked on the door and asked if we wanted to clean. Very confused. It's not even noon yet, so why did they knock on the door? I've stayed in many places and never encountered this. I was taking a shower in the bathroom. I thought my boyfriend who went out to do some errands came back. So I wore only a towel to open the door. It was the housekeeper. To be honest, I was secretly annoyed and very shocked.

I had a wonderful stay at Is Am Are Stay Boutique in Ratchaburi. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the modern amenities I needed. While the hotel is in a quiet, residential area, I found this to be a plus, as it provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and a genuinely welcoming experience in Ratchaburi.

It is a clean hotel, the bed, sheets and blankets are very clean and white. The rooms are well-proportioned, with a good partition between the living room and the bedroom. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a refrigerator and a water heater. In the morning, there is coffee and bread.

We stayed for two days. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by fields, and there's a pool. Upon check-in, we were offered complimentary refreshing drinks, which was a nice touch. The staff were polite and helped us with everything, even carrying our suitcase up the stairs. The room was simple but had everything we needed. A few minor points: the air conditioning was quite noisy, and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so everything got wet. The kettle cord didn't reach the outlet, so we had to prop it up. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking, and the pillow was too thin. Upon check-out, they told us to try the complimentary breakfast. We never quite understood if breakfast was included in our rate, as no one mentioned it to us, and we ordered food through Grab each morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay here.

One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing the breathtaking sunset views from different vantage points—the restaurant, lake view rooms, and the hotel’s façade all offered a picture-perfect backdrop as the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in warm hues. The breakfast was delightful, and every dish served at the restaurant (Inlaya Bar and Grill) was sumptuous, showcasing rich flavors that complemented the serene ambiance. The Krathom Café provided yet another stunning view, making it a great spot to relax. While the food at the café was excellent, there is still room for improvement when it comes to their drinks. However, one area that could be improved in Inlaya Resort is the housekeeping etiquette. During my stay, a housekeeper tried to enter my room using their keycard without knocking or confirming if I wanted my room to be cleaned. It scared me! 😅 While she apologized upon realizing someone was inside, it would be much better if staff ensured guests’ privacy by KNOCKING first and asking for permission before entering. 🙏 Overall, Inlaya Resort Ratchaburi is a hidden gem—a place where nature, comfort, and culinary delights come together to create an unforgettable retreat. With a little attention to detail in service, it would be even more exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Thailand.

The room is clean, has a key card, is safe, and has a lift for convenience. The staff is very good at giving advice, including the security guards. The food is buffet style.

Great accommodation, located opposite Khao Ngam (Snake Mountain), perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The staff were polite. It's not on the main road, so there's no noise disturbance from passing traffic. I'll definitely go again next time^^

I like it very much. It is clean, the room is very spacious, and the air conditioner is very cool. There is a restaurant near the accommodation. It is very delicious. The price is very good. If you go with friends and split the cost, it is very cheap.

The room is big, clean. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The room is not soundproof. If the next room is noisy, it can be heard very clearly. There is a refrigerator and two bottles of drinking water. Ample parking Can park a lot near Robinson, the entrance of the alley has seven The bathroom does not have a shower curtain. Causing no separation of wet and dry zones overall it is good and affordable.it looks more like an apartment than a hotel.

Recommended for short stay Room spacious is excellent only needs to work in shower water pressure and provide basic personal health items . Moreover it’s crucial to update the hotel amenities information at the web as there are different in reality for example there are no Resturant or massage room available at the hotel. As our stay was short we convinced what we got .also we would like to give our since thanks to the staff as they polite and helpful
