Great
Great hotel. Oasis on its own. Tried most restaurants, all are good. Gym and spa are great too. Worth spending time in the hotel itself, comparing to the city itself. Great hotel for recovery from Safari trips.
KKevin romanThe staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.
We arrived in Arusha at the same time as the President! So, trafic was chaotic. Entry is down a rough gravel road, but once the security gate slides back: welcome to paradise. A stunning large home set in a beautifully maintained garden. Idyllic!! Walter is a fantastic and obliging host. Food was great; room was clean and well serviced. Cannot fault the stay and will return.
After the safari, I stayed at this hotel again. Everything about Bali was wonderful again. It's also very convenient that the hotel has a restaurant with good beer and food. This makes for a truly comfortable stay.
Splendid oasis in Arusha! It has gym and pool facilities and the bed was very comfy. Perfect location for pre and post safari travels! Opposite KFC as well. Service was excellent!
The hotel is located right in the heart of Arusha. You. can walk around the area to get a feel of this vibrant city. It’s walking distance to Shoppers Super Market, Mr Wang Chinese restaurant, and a few Bristol’s and cafes. The room rate is reasonable, the room is clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff are helpful and friendly.
This hotel is actually an apartment. After midnight, there was no one on duty at the front desk. Only an old man who didn't speak English was on duty. I managed to complete my check-in with the help of Google Translate. It took a long time to confirm that I had paid in advance. Entering the room, the facilities are considered acceptable in Arusha, but please note that there is no drinking water in the room, you have to buy it yourself, and the hot water needs to be turned on in advance. The amount is not large, and it is finished quickly. The surrounding area is considered the center of Arusha, so it may be a bit noisy at night.
