Clean and quiet place in Denpasar 🙌🏽 Great location away from the crowds, but not too far from the beach and airport (considering traffic midday) the hotel staff are very friendly, and the hotel rooms are modern and clean. Buffet style breakfast next to the pool, with a bar that was convenient to meet with an old friend. Will definitely stay here again! 🙌🏽

Shockingly, Poor Initial Room, Improved, But Still Lacking Our stay at Azana Boutique Hotel was a mixed experience. The initial room that was assigned was in a deplorable state. Mould was visible in multiple areas, the drain under the faucet was leaking, and the bed linens were visibly dirty. To add to the distress, the room was infested with ants and spider webs, creating an unsanitary and unsettling environment. It was truly shocking that such a room was offered to guests. Thankfully, the staff were responsive to our complaints and promptly moved us to a significantly better room the following day. However, the initial experience left a lasting negative impression on our stay. The Superior King Room, even after the upgrade, lacked essential amenities like a refrigerator, safe, and microwave. The absence of an ice machine on the premises was also inconvenient. Furthermore, the lobby restroom was consistently unclean. The floors were always wet, likely due to inadequate cleaning procedures, creating a hazardous and unhygienic environment for guests. Overall: While the upgraded room was a considerable improvement, the initial room was unacceptable, and the lack of basic amenities in the Superior King Room were significant drawbacks. Recommendation: I strongly advise potential guests to inquire in detail about room conditions and amenities before booking at Azana Boutique Hotel. I hope this more detailed review is helpful!

Location wise is about 40mins or more depending on time to Kuta beach area. There is a convenience store at the lobby which has bare minimal items but good enough. The room itself is a little run down. Shower head was ”splashing” outside the bath area. The minibar in the room was just room temperature, according to the staff, its only supposed to chill and not make it cold. Aircon took a long while to cool the whole room, almost over 2 hours. Lights was abit dim in the room. There's a glass panel between the room and toilet which makes it very inconvenient if the other pax needed the bathroom in middle of night and will flush lights into the room. Breakfast is acceptable. Food was on the salty end but thats also i prefer my food less salty. Service staffs were very helpful and polite. From front desk to room to coffee house. Was overall a nice and pleasant stay.

Amazing location and friendly staff! It's opposite the Bali Museum and 10 minutes walk from Badung Market and Kumbasari Art Market. Also a good starting point for daytrips to the volcano, Ubud or Seminyak. The room is huge and clean, just need to bring your own toothbrush, slippers etc. Towels and two small bottles of water are provided. The garden and pool are amazing!

The location is a bit hard to find, but the rooms, toilets and staff are okay... There is a shared kitchen for cooking, good for long stays and I definitely recommend it because it won't disappoint.

Good value for the price. It was clean when I arrived, and cleaning was done every two days. While the staff didn't speak English, they were helpful when I had a problem or asked for help. The location is far from tourist attractions, but I came here knowing that. I was satisfied.

The location is strategic, the room is clean, everything is really good
