Jepun was the perfect place for me to have a lazy week. So many advantages: - It’s literally a two minute walk to the beach in Seminyak, but it’s hidden away on a side street, so no traffic and no noise - Lots of food & drink places nearby - Friendly staff - Great price - Large, comfortable room with good air con, hot water and great shower pressure - Nice terrace for sitting outside - Pool for cooling down - Basic breakfast @ 25k per day is enough if you just want something light to start the day Probably the only downside was the mosquitoes. Not bad enough to be horrendous, but you need to spray around the terrace and spray your ankles etc every now and then to keep them at bay.

Amazing and beautiful Jepun bnb Seminyak is outstanding value for money. We love it here, its our second time and we will keep returning. 8 apartments all with terraces or balconies all with garden and pool views. Privacy for couples is great, not facing other apartments or people. 30 second walk to kcircle shop, 2minute walk to the best gelato in Bali. 3 to 4 minute walk to all the best restaurants Italian, Indian, Indonesian, Greek, Western anything you want. 5 minute walk to the beach.8 minute walk to Sunset rd, shopping, supermarket, bottleshop. Jepun staff are a wonderful young enthusiastic team with impeccable manners. The manager has been very helpful over whattsap before and during our stay and left an amazing personal note in our room to thank us for returning. The rooms are clean and spacious, internet tvs, bathrooms, big comfortable beds with daily water. Breakfast bought to our balcony every day has been amazing, i tried all of them. Lets talk about the balcony my favourute thing, its like your sitting in the jungle in amongst the trees, we watch squirrels every day. It has a big relaxing outside couch and a table and chairs. The pool is very clean, is deep and the perfect temperature. Value for money here is outstanding. The whole place is just pretty everywhere you look. I feel totally blessed to find this little treasure.

Very clean place, except for the pool... tidy room, very efficient service... guys always smiling and very kind, the room very bright and clean, small problem with the mixer that burned our back a couple of times.... The only negative note was the really poor breakfast... we asked for a banana for the child and we paid for it separately.... I recommend it anyway also because it is very close to the beaches and far from the chaos of the center!!
